As someone who has no life, so spends a lot of time searching the internet for Lawrence reactions, this is in my top 5 faves. I legit lol'd so many times and I subbed just so I could see more reactions. This is one of my favorite Lawrence songs, but right up there with it (like a lot of others have said), I really like the acoustic-ish of 23 and Whatcha Want. But I honestly think that "Freckles" featuring Jon Bellion and the Huntertones is my most watched Lawrence video. The talent and creativity that was added when putting Jon and the Huntertones into the mix is off the charts and such a good example of what makes Gracie and Clyde such phenomenally unique talents. I'm so grateful to them for bringing real music back.
Lawrence has so many amazing performances, check out any of their other "Acoustic-ish" videos like Don't Lose Sight, 23, Watcha Want and many more. Clyde, Gracie and the whole band are always a good time and crazy talented. Your reaction was quite entertaining as well. More please!
The Lawrence rabbit hole is one you really gotta go down. Check out all their Acoustic ones... I have been loving this group for 3 years or more... amazing and excited for all they do going forward. Awesome man!
Gracie is a vocal beast. And Clyde an amazing arranger, piano player, and with a great old fashioned Soul voice. It's definitely a rabbit hole that's worth it.
god i love watching people experience their first lawrence song--your reaction had me grinning the whole damn time. if you want recs, Don't Lose Sight (acoustic) is a classic, 23 (acoustic-ish) is CRAZY, Guy I Used to Be (acoustic-ish) speaks to the soul, and Whatcha Want (acoustic-ish) had me staring at the wall in shock lmao. i think this band is def up your alley if you like blues/soul vibes!
Every "acoustic-ish" song they have is fantastic. If you want more, I concur with 23 and Don't lose Sight, and Whatcha Want. You will love them more and more
Welcome to the family business! Clyde and Gracie Lawrence are siblings that front an 8 member band out of NY. All the other band members have been friends they have picked up growing up, from middle school all the way through Clyde's time in college. Gracie joined full time after HS and they are on album #4 (the second under Bellion's label). Two weeks they performed on the Tonight Show, they've opened for the Jonas Brothers this last year and just a few months ago, opened for the Rolling Stones in NY. They have been featured on Jacob Collier's latest album, and Gracie is featured on Meghan Trainor's latest album (Crushin'). They are just about to start the US leg of their headline tour and will most certainly be in your neck of the woods. As much fun as the songs are, they really really shine live. They do not use any backing tracks, and everyone in the band is multi talented. The Acoustic-ish versions of the songs are a pretty decent example of the live feeling, but these sessions involve singing with a group of backup vocalists that are not normally part of the normal show. Still, fire sessions every time. You could easily just spiral down the rabbit hole with all of their stuff, and now I've gone and rambled too. Again, welcome!
Lol, I keep seeing your comment under, like, all of their reaction videos. Looks like you're like me and you make it your mission to watch all of their reactions. I literally get chills everytime I see someone discover them for the first time. I appreciate all of the info that you include in this comment. 🙌🙌 You're definitely my people!
@@amandaturner4991 yeah a pinned clipboard entry makes it a quick copy/paste and just a few timeline corrections depending on the situation. I'm always looking for new eyes and love watching people just get blown away by this group.
@@RobFoglesongsame - and it never fails. As soon as Gracie opens her mouth, people are in shock. 100% of the time.. the first time I showed them to my sister, she started freaking out bc one of the back-up singers is her friend's brother. I keep trying to convince her that she needs to introduce me, so I can convince him to introduce me to the rest of the gang.. Truly, the amount of talent in that whole group is almost otherworldly. Like, I don't even know how so much talent fits in one room... I suspect that it's because they don't have to make room for egos. They all just seem so gracious and respectful of one another's gifts.
Other than top 10 hit radio-they are MASSIVE in the music lover's community. They just destroyed last week on The Tonight Show. And...we've got one more month till my wife and I get to see them live in Fort Lauderdale. Welcome to the club. Better late than never.
you NEED to do watcha want (acoustic-ish) and don’t lose sight (acoustic) if you really want them to take you to church🙏🏼so so happy to see some of my fave reactors getting into lawrence😭
Ray saying he need more..let's tell him y'all! Lawrence is absolute fire and absolutely unique. Clyde is a musical genius and can sing like hell with so much soul, and Gracie "sang" sings, with so many mixed styles, effortlessly and also performs with her energy and "quirkiness". Yeah she sings her ass off every time. I've been on Lawrence for YEARS now, and they're just amazing. It's a rabbit hole on the tip of an iceberg to explore their stuff, and is well worth the trip. Yo, I'm gone. Yuh! ✌🏼🙏🏼🦏
I’ve watched more reactions to Lawrence than I can count, and this one is one of my favorites of all time. I genuinely laughed out loud at least 5 times
Like others have said, any of the their acoustic or acoustic-ish performances are incredible. Their newest one that seems to be getting a lot of buzz online is "Whatcha Want" They actually performed it recently on the Jimmy Fallon show with Questlove playing drums.
This is the order, Ray (all acoustic/-ish) : Don't Lose Sight!!!!!, Guy I Used to Be (Clyde goes off..deservingly), 23, Watchu Want, and The Weather--acoustic/gospel. You're welcome!
The Weather will take you to church my man Don’t Loose Sight is amazing Not acoustic but Hotel TV is a smooth jam. Jon Bellion is their producer and they work well together. Enjoy 😁
I've seen reaction videos by other people and didn't care much for them. But you are something else. Well done. I like your humor and appreciation. I've been following Lawrence for a few years and have read everything about them and hope to be able to go see them. I definitely recommend everything they've done.
Dick’ Burgers Bro😂 You literally could buy a bag of Dick’s burgers🍔 A hilarious double entendre 😮 Finally giving Lawerence a view. They have quite a few songs to enjoy. FREDRICO!!! Load em up 😎👍🏾 ❤️🔥reaction!!!

I love their acoustic-ish set, but with how much you enjoyed her personality I think the bus version of '23' is a lot of fun

Not a perfuctory chuckle either. He made me full belly laugh.
Love the way you get into the music. ... Thanks subscribing.
I really like their acoustic-ish version of "guy I used to be" it really shows of Clyde's piano playing

Lawrence's studio sessions are most bands' wishful experience. Bands wish they have as fun sessions as they do.
Been a fan of Lawrence for years, their Acoustic stuff lately has been really blowing up tho

It's "Rising Pisces in a fucked up Moon", not mood...
Chinchilla and Gracie need to collab or go toe to toe.
