Earth’s Mightiest Heroes are easy to look up to. They have the most incredible superpowers and we, the audience, are just in constant awe of the strength, the fortitude and the willpower our favorite heroes show when they’re protecting the universe against the forces of evil. There’s nothing quite like watching Thor swing his hammer and deliver a devastating lightning blast. Think of how giddy we were watching Captain America perform his epic display of strength as he tries to keep a helicopter from taking off. Remember just how shocking it was to watch Ant-Man suddenly grow into Giant Man in Captain America: Civil War. The fact is, these heroes have an impressive array of powers and skills. But are all of them useful? Well, not so much!
Like did you know that Steve Rogers can’t get drunk? Did you know that our friendly, neighborhood Spidey can actually talk to spiders? Did you know Bruce Banner’s angry alter ego can see ghosts? Yes, all of your favorite superheroes have abilities and superpowers that just don’t have as much value as the others. So what are the most useless powers that the MCU’s best heroes have? Well that’s what we’re here today to discuss!
So go ahead and check out today’s video all about useless powers from your favorite heroes. Which one of these powers would you like to have the most even though they're useless?
f9irst
Hand to hand
None of those powers, abilities, weapons and paraphernalia are useless. They can all still be useful under the right circumstances. You just have to know how to use them in the correct way that's all.
I would love to have bad luck because, in my opinion, it has no limits. For example, in a superhero fight what if a villain had the bad luck to faint and be out for 24 hours.
I'd want hand to hand combat
I think Vision being a master of hand to hand combat is great, because if he fight his enemy with the same level of strength and power, his hand to hand combat skill would really be useful...
Agreed. I think that's what most people sleep on when it comes superheroes with powers. Cap specifically warned the Avengers about this in the comics. What would or could happen if their powers and their weapons suddenly doesnt work in the middle of a fight or a battle. That's when the fighting skill comes to hand. And he trained every single one of them..from insanely powerful Wanda to Hawkeye who sometimes only relies on his bow and arrows.
Right. Imagine thinking Thanos being a master hand to hand combatant is useless and then watching him wipe the floor with the Hulk.
Fr just take a look at hulk vs thanos. If hulk had a bit of martial arts skills. Then he could have defeated thanos.
Scarlet witchs bad luck ability is useless?
It's literally probability manipulation, something which has saved her from getting hit so many times and you call it useless?
It has a backfire to it. Her bad luck is the opposite of domino's luck. Domino's luck ability stops her from getting hurt n killed in the most craziest situations at the last minute. Scarlet witch not so much hers is more based on causing others to go through shitty situations but she becomes tunnel vision. Like she's very vulnerable when she uses certain abilities bc it's not chaos energy
That is literally how she’s alive... *TWICE*
@@robertjohnson-tz6mw in comicvs its shown that wandas is high level probabilty manipulater and domino is low level prob manipulater
Scarlet witch's bad luck power is very useful in a fight, like batman forgot his gadgets, Thor forgot his belt
Deadpool forgets his sense of humor 🤣🤣
@@cbr no he forgot his guns
@@killadinumber1582 nah he forgot his power
So what would happen if Scarlet Witch fought Domino from Deadpool 2 🤔
@@midaz7 it would ba grandfather paradox or domino has normal luck
I've seen the stealth armor in an Iron Man series. Although it was quite useful in sneaking into an enemy base it was pointless when it comes to going into a fight.
No. You haven’t seen it.
Later models at least in comics had weapons, at the very least repulsors, prime armor i think was *the* most armed stealth armor (and yes i count prime's stealth mode as sort of a separate armor )
it would be useful say your fighting black widow and BAM iron man comes but you didn’t see him he’s gonna unibeam your ass, call mark 42 after he takes that shit off
Tony wouldn't need a separate suit for that (plus mk42 being proto and all)
since mark 15 and 16 (if i remember the numbers right, might need correcting) were stealth armors
The former was more of a radar signature reducing design (shape mainly not sure if he used special paint, like fighter jets in this "universe"), latter was more of a literal sneaking suit had retro-active panels (aka chameleon mode). If my memory serves both had their repulsor power lowered to reduce accustics though (make them harder to hear when approaching)
@@johnsterizer armoured adventures has it I remember that episode
Well actually, if antman amplified his voice when giant, he could potentially make his enemies deaf for a moment. Or even burst their eardrums.
Yep that’s a pretty smart thing
And what about using it as a sonic boom for a weapon?
Most useless weapon for Hawkeye or at least most confusing. HIs armored costume he used in Solo Avengers/Avengers Solo. After nearly being killed by an LA Street gang, Clint asked Tony Stark to make him some heavy armor so he could clean up the streets of LA.
Hawkeye only wore this armor when he was fighting gangs. He wore his regular non-armored costume when he battled supervillains.
Spells work in different ways. With some spells the more you cast them the stronger they get. So Dr Strangers spell of sleep protection probably gets stronger every time he casts it. So not a weakness after all if you think about it.
😦😦😦plus it's not a superpower cause everyone can do what doctor strange does so don't know what they're talking about 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
well at least when cap goes home to peggy after drinking he wont be drunk
This comment feels darker than it is🤔
When cap wants to party:
Him: why is everyone drunk?
To be That Guy: "Well, Actually......" ^_^
Steve can't get drunk, because his body tends to burn out 'poisons' quickly, which Alcohol is, more or less. This has the additional effect that he can't be poisoned, or at least it takes A LOT of poison to even knock him out, much less kill him.
The Flash (comic and CW versions) has the same ability.
@@MrChupacabra555 r/ whoosh
@@MrChupacabra555 What if he drinks stronger types of Alcohol, Like Isopropyl?
@@beauxr.benoit1374 Probably be just like the flash: He would get a buzz for all of 60 seconds, and then be fine again ^_^
@@MrChupacabra555 Thank you. Well, he would enjoy that minute. Hangover?
Hulk seeing ghosts isn't bad, I knew ppl won't believe you at first but trust me, hulk might even make friends with one(which is impossible, hulk was never friendly except smart hulk)
@@IguanaJoose lmfao
It depends on the ghost and if Hulk can communicate with them. If the Hulk can and he is talking to a ghost he can understand, he could garner info from the ghost. It helped Hellboy in the second movie.
i had no idea that these heros had these powers :O
Makes you think doesn't it?🤣
Same
@@cbr hi
More like hidden powers than useless
Glad you mentioned super sobriety.
I think Hulk's ability to see ghosts make more sense after The Immortal Hulk
This should be called "Superpowers you didn't know the avengers had"
Who knows man.Maybe theyll get a buff in the future and will actually be useful.Especially since captain America gave his shield to Sam.Maybe heel be useful
We can't wait to see Captain America 4 😍
Captain America can't get drunk because his body burns off toxins very efficiently. Making him near immune to poisons. Definitely not useless. Lol
Can you do a video about how powerful is the Beyonder and why he should be the main villain of Avengers 5?
Beyonder solo’s them all or blinks the multiverse out of existence. Rip
No not so soon He’ll be the last threat in the MCU for Phase 10
Kang The Conqueror From Phase 4 to 6 & Galactus from Phase 5 to 7 & the Beyonder from Phase 4 to 10
@@noahfitness3974 Bruh Beyonder could blink the entire multiverse out of existence and you think he’s gonna be stopped by some heroes?
Tony can actually live a billionaire lives - he can just stay in a house and do what he wants, but he decided to save his world, which means that he gave up his money over saving people (why is that useless) Tonys nanotech is not useless at all he was able to make thanos bleed when thanos still have infinity stone on his hand. No one was able to make thanos bleed before him snapping his finger. Fun fact-Tony not just save the world, he save the whole universe. Anyone agree with me?
Donald Blake should become a character in Thor Love & Thunder at the end when he comes Unworthy Thor aka Odinson & decides to form the Asgardians Of The Galaxy with Korg, Miek, Sylvie, Angela, Lady Sif as Thor’s girlfriend, Thunderstrike (Eric Masterson as his own character), Skurge, Destroyer controlled by Sylvie, Throg, Annabelle Riggs & finally the leader Odinson aka Unworthy Thor & they go out to space & do some missions on earth & when goes undercover he transforms himself into Dr. Donald Blake which he uses his original weapon he had before Mjolnir, a axe called Jarnbjorn & it turned into a cane 🦯 & forgot to mention Beta Ray Bill is member as well & he had Stormbreaker, now which was redesigned to fit how Bill wanted it to be how be shaped slightly different & being colored gold & Mjolnir was rebuilt by Eitri with the broken parts from Thor Ragnarok & he was also the one who redesigned Stormbreaker
Keep making amazing videos
Hello all. My marvel theory is that some of Marvel's what if will come true in the MCU. In what if doctor strange found out that some things are fixed points in times so they have to happen. So what if captain America went back in the past, didn't become Captain America, but because it was a fixed point in time Peggy did instead
CBR: Wanda’s probability manipulation is her useless power
Me: No more mutants
Never realise that avengers can have USELESS powers.
After watching this: yes it’s pretty true tho
🍪🍪🍪
Which one of these super powers do you think is the best as well as the most powerful ever though they do not seem to be that useful?
Spider mans
I would love to have Hawkeye's supreme accuracy. Imagine doing trick shots that never miss lol
Tobias Reno's rage mode relies on him having something to channel it through, mostly a crow bar. Take that away, and he's a sitting duck against Stagtars in a fight, and has to run away. Tabitha Pang can only temporarily paralyze beings with actual nervous systems. Sarah Ruben has to slow down to walk through walls. After getting her Zeranite upgrade and losing her secret identity, Ciem's old Zeran wardrobe and teleporter devices are rendered obsolete.
The Spectral Hare Samurai powers are incompatible with the regular Cortascian Knight powers preventing fusion warriors of Spectral Hare with any others. This prevents Masato from ever being able to perform a fusion attack by utilizing any of his allies' abilities, making the Spectral Hare Samurai a difficult element of the team.
The power comes with a consolation: female vampires can use it. So Vantina can replace Masato after he dies. The Crystal Swan can integrate with any of the Knights, but can't fuse with the Spectral Hare and is incompatible with vampires. Which is why, after the fall of Silnya Semaphry, the powers are passed on instead to Kayla Tarington.
Lemon Witch can make anyone a June bug. But given how much more effective it is to make someone into a fruit or vegetable, this June bug ability is pointless. Especially when she can be defeated with aluminum.
Most Camelorum characters are useless period. They are included as a joke.
Wish they showed Stark using his other suits.
Taking useless powers from the comic versions and applying them to the MCU versions doesn't count. You're taking abilities that might be useful in a comic book version, and applying them to a movie version of characters where these so called powers have never been established. You are literally comparing two completely different universes
The Vision segment brings up the annoying fact that the writers of the Avengers movies went out of their way to make Vision extremely vulnerable.
Are there any more super powers of the Avengers which are not useful?
in my opinion hulk being able to see ghost isn't useless
Ant man does use his voice thing in endgame I think, stark says he’s small but talking loud.
I think Hawkeye is the most under appreciated Avenger, If you take away the other avengers powers(including Tony's Armor) Hawkeye would be the best avenger because he has pure talent, he is an amazingly skilled human being with no super powers. 2nd place would go to Widow. Hulk, Thor and Cap wouldn't exist. Ironman would be an arms dealer. That is why I have always been a Hawkeye/RONIN Fan.
Hawkeye is a Super Soldier, he received the serum before World War Two which he fought alongside Nick Fury Senior.
Thor is still insanely good at hand to hand combat
Best channel ever no more words to say

Hold on what I thought that only happens with me spiders bite you in your bed too!?!
That ant man killing hulk was bs. Are we seriously gonna say savage hulk with full regeneration abilities wouldn’t reform? Because he would. They should’ve gone back about 20 minutes later and seen he was gone.
Does he have the ability to regenerate from scraps and a blown brain/heart?
@@jacob3988 yes!
Being able to run really fast into bullets
Just a thought since cap was around 18 or 19 tryna join the army when he got the super soldier serum wouldn’t he technically be the same age he never got old after the serum he just got bigger then froze in the water so wouldn’t he at least be maybe 2 years older than spider man
When you brought up vision I thought tony built a toaster or something into him
4:50 I like how u edit that
I love your vids

@@cbr your welcome also you just made my week so much better your so amazing
The most best power the grape with the golden hand
THANKS CBR! NIGHTMARE SHOWED UP IN TRAILER 2
Captain Boomarang? Guys: Marvel has its own crooked stick thrower! Boomarang: the killer who keeps coming back? He’s fought Spidey, the Hulk, Iron Fist.
Question is , who makes Hawkeyes arrows?
Antman using his voice to be automatically amplified via special ability would make more sense than his usage of his helmet's magical radio (a radio transceiver that is MUCH smaller than even a tiny fraction of even a partial radio wavelength), so,.. back to the voice amplification powers,.. why not.
Caps not being able to be drunk isn’t a power it’s a weakness and curse . I would hate to be cap
When I saw your machine in this video I was like what
The spider sense is based of of blind spiders feeling when something is in the web.
Robert Downey Jr did the I am iron man to the press on his own. It actually wasn't part of the script at all.
Wolverine cannot get drunk and cannot age either due to his healing powers. I don’t call that useless, I call that awesome.
The power I didnt get to see is falcons and not even in the series, he can use birds as scouts and get information from them
7:10 worm be like
But Thor can't walk on the streets in his costume during an important mission. Fans will surround him
I think the Iron man one was kinda not fair cause its a suit :/
😠😠😠No the most unfair one or the one that doesn't make any sense is doctor strange he doesn't have superpowers he just knows magic and everything he does anybody in the mcu can do
@@BeenBenji Uhm Nah I think he has powers cuz of the times stone too..
@@hweckrsonkira the time stone ain't powers again everybody can use them if you have the tech also doctor strange can't use the stone without the eye plus if he can hold it that's just because he's casting spells also 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔they seem to be sentient 🧐🧐🧐🧐
@@BeenBenji uhm whatever you say i guess
In today's Hawckeye episode they mentioned the boomerang Arrow and clint said that it would be a stupid idea xD
Cap's Shield Is made of Vibrainium, we all know that right? If we check T'challa's 2nd suit, we know that it can absorb kinetic energy and then release it at will. The shield can do that, it does it all the time. It gains kinetic energy with the force of being trown and flying through the air, and releases it uppon bouncing in a solid object.
The spider sense makes upnfor spiders having the ability to sense vibrations to an extreme aswell as for the physical lack of 8 eyes
Do you think Hulk is green because his cells absorb sunlight like plants and convert that energy into the mass to grow in size?
Mind BLOWN 🤯🤯🤯
My alarm didn’t sound this morning
Me: Wanda!!!!
The inability to get drunk isn't really a power. It's just a side effect of his healing factor, if I'm not mistaken. Plus, he can use his inability to get drunk for undercover missions.
Imo, Hulk (not Bruce Banner) is useless and good at the same time because when he turns into Hulk, he only uses it for anger and almost had innocent people dying also but its good at the same time because he target bad people and the anger the stronger he gets.
Ah yes talking to spiders is useless yeah kane found a bomb in texas
With all do respect the all time marvel intros is the original spiderman (depending on which version I'm from Queens😁),the original Ironman intro and the 90's X-Men intro on Saturday morning. Respectfully there is no debate.......but if u feel other wise then let me know,we from totally different walks of life but I just actually had a few internals in my life time... always and respectfully...
If Captain America cannot get drunk maybe he should teleport to the Arrowverse, and see Team Flash, so they could give him some kind of school to make him get drunk, like they did when Barry Allen also couldn't get drunk due to him being the Flash...( L O L !!!!! )
Actually Vision should Have been Brain
Because Vision Might Be smart But not as smart as human
Rember Carol Win Over Vision By just using her Brain And flying Around to trigger Vision
Well great now I'm paranoid to sleep now.
If vision can't hit his opponent with his awesome laser and stuff it's useless so master hand to hand combat would be quite useful.
But he is always shown really damn slow
Ahlie iron man took on both winter soldier and captain America both super soldiers and nearly won. It was 2v1 and he dun most damage. And his normal human skill against thanos was mad. He made his first suit remember out of scrap and metal in a cave while being captured by terroist. People say he can’t sacrifice his life. Well Wht happened in first avengers. And then endgame. He is one of the best superhero in the world.
His nanite suit retracts the legs first while entering the avengers tower in endgame. If you couldn't call it stealth I don't know, you want it to be an assassin's creed movie?
Did you know that in the averagers caption America says he can't get drunk but after smelling a drink he tried to choke a robot
I LOVE IT
Well every power Hulk has is useless for loki Hulk can kill loki by just staring at him😂😂
1:50 the Iron man amored adventures cartoon made me like it
i think visions hand to hand combat isn’t useless
What would happen if we had these Super powers in real life and we would make better use of them?
Probably not comics world is completely different from ours if turned into hulk you would probably destroy a entire city by just stepping there lots of superpowers that work in comics but real life would kill everyone and can seriously damage you and some would just be plain useless to you
Stealth armour sounds great tbh 😌
It's funny how you play small snippets of CIVIL WAR then go back and ask a question saying "what if a machine gun were to be shot at Steve Rogers" bro literally he was shot at by a Machine gun
The boomerang reference was seen in Hawkeye series😄
Doctor Blake is a medical Doctor in comic books and also knew how to build an android.
I like the fact that he uses the title like useless avengers powers and in the thumbnail photo he literally added war machine's photo.....aahhhh I see what you did there...
When you made it impossible for me to work and get and keep a Job, You cursed me to be a Thief, but what do I steel? Any thing I want. Even if it's a Shadow in the mirror.
The stealth armor is Mark 16 and I think he put weapons in later
It returns to his arm through magnetism.
He's not calling them weaknesses, people, he's just saying there not that useful all the time
I love when Steve used the hammer
this video is unnecessarily long why the preamble for each superhero? just get to what you think are the userless powers...
5:20 I have one word: x men theme. That’s definitely one word
So, any examples of Vision shapeshifting...
Why does he need to get drunk? It's a good thing... no one should be in an inebriated situation, it ain't cute!
In Hawkeye series they indeed joke about boomerang arrows
If Scott weighs the same when he is large as his normal size wouldn’t he just start floating
That thumbnail looks like fulgore from killer instinct
they need to put the respect on the avengers name
...actual spiders can speak fluent English?... just really quietly I guess?
But if spider man can talk to a spider and if the spider sees a villan Peter will ask him did you see anything unusual
The most useless super-human power of all time is Color Kid's super-human power to change the colors of any object. In DC Comics, he is from the Legion of Substitute Super-Heroes and he is so rejected that even that team of reject super-heroes from the far, far distant future of the early 31st century has him on the team only as a reserve member. Which means that even the reject super-heroes will only call on him if they need him, which is almost always never.
In one story he showed he can be strong, he changed the colors of something in people's eyes, and then they go permanently blind, and he could turn anything yellow to combat green lanterns.
