Before Tag got involved and the quality went down Heuer were the word's go to company for timing equipment. No military mark so probably intended for sports use.
Very intresting it's mesmerising actually I love how smooth it is and the clicking noises it makes is so satisfying what a find. Quality stopwatch I'd love to know what year it is. Interesting vid as normal 👍
Heuer are the people who do a lot of timing for formula one racing and Olympic skiing etc and yes they were purchased by the TAG group and are now are now Tag Heuer who have been taken over by LVMH, I started out working life as a horologist (watch maker) in the early 1970's and when something like that came in the boss would not let me near them I had to stick to the Timex's of the world.
Well you could put it up for sale and buy another stationary engine , or is that tempting fate , or go down the pub , no we want you fit and healthy for the next project !

I think it's pronounced 'HOYER'. TAG Heuer also make great quality Gents and Ladies wrist watches.

Apparently mate its a 7700 Mikrograph made from 1960 to 69. Its a bloody good stop watch I have to say.
