South Downs Way 50 Ultra Marathon- Race Vlog - 2024

Today I brought along my camera along for my first go at the SDW50 organised by centurion races.
The race starts on the south coast of England in Worthing, which is just along the road from where I live. The route follows the national trail to Eastbourne for 50 miles over many large hills with plenty of elevation. The route is almost entirely on trails, and passes many beautiful parts of the south downs.
I complete the SDW100 back in 2022 in time of 27 hours. This time I was taking on the baby brother of the race to see if I could beat my current 50mile PB of 12hours
