So thank you for the information! I am currently severe emphysema with a 20% lung function, take prednisone about every 2-3 weeks for 10 days. I am taking albuterol sulfate solution via nebulization aprx every 4-5 hours for last 3 months, If I dont do this I have an attack. I take advair HFA with a spacer, Spiriva and am 63 years old slightly over weight with a 40 year smoking history, do not smoke now, Am on oxygen mostly at night at 1.5 lpm. My question is ...Do you think this new med would be a fit for me? Thank you, Brian, Bennington, VT. And the quality of life stated within your presentation is spot on for me also.
