Can i ask somethiing?? I tried doing this to a bond paper but the color didn't spread. No matter how many times I repeat this, the outcome is still the same. Can you help mee??
this username isn't really relevant I suggest you to use watercolor paper because bond paper absorbs too fast that cause the color didn't spread:)
It's really working
Well I was interested by the thumbnail, but the video didn’t show what was on it:/

I think you have to use watercolor paper.
Watercolor paper has been made so that the paper can soak the water much slower than say, a bond paper or a tissue paper. If you're curious, do a quick google search on "watercolor paper sizing". Hope this helps.
Edit: Woops I just saw that she has replied already. Well, just leaving it here.
