Frankie (Samantha Cope) has given up on guys and gone all-in on “dog mom” life. When she and her adoptive dog, Tucker, cross paths with Jack (Joey Lawrence) and his dog, Dakota, sparks-and tensions-run high. Even more twists of fate ensue as Jack ends up becoming Frankie’s dog’s veterinarian. On top of that, Frankie works for the local paper as a wedding announcement writer, which leads her back to Jack when she gets her latest assignment: Jack’s upcoming wedding to his childhood sweetheart! With the guidance of their best friends-both canine and human-Frankie and Jack stumble their way toward finding and pursuing true love.
