Emphasis on LEAVING YOUR HAIR ALONE 😂😂😂. I followed the advice I heard someone say. They said your locs are a house plant. You don’t have to do much for it to thrive just water it when the soil (scalp) needs it and mist the leaves it when it looks like it needs mist. But not too much water or it will damage it.
I don't know if this might be weird to compare starting locs too but I kind of see it the same way as if you stretch your ears in a way somewhat kind of
