Did you manage to get into the wood yet. Am looking forward to the vid on the porting. Have watched the usual channels on here but didn't want to get into changing timing etc.
Did you "woods" port it?

@@autoair7732 Hi, I've not run it hard yet. Will make a video when I do. Porting was not major just cleaning up the ports and matching the inlet and exhaust. With the exhaust and gasket removal it will be plenty strong enough. You can do it. A

Thats a much better way of opening up the muffler. Did you consider adding 2 ports?,they say 80% of exhaust port maximum.

Good point. Ones with two ports usually still have the baffles in which restrict the flow despite two ports. I’ve had great results with this setup as it keeps a bit of back pressure so you don’t lose too much fuel out the exhaust. If you want two ports try it and let us know how you get on. You can do it 👍

Youll have to tune the carb now cus of the muffler mod

No no no man wtf are you doing, you should have used silver solder with flux not a thick ass brazing rode 😲
