@SalesforceHulk Great video. One point of clarification about "SLA violated". SLA= Service Level Agreement. It doesn't refer to product performance but case performance with respect to SLA entered into with the customer. When agents don't resolve their cases in time it is an SLA violation. For e.g., initial response is agreed up on to be 24 hours. If the initial response is not made within 24 hours then the case is in SLA Violation.
Hi Shrey! I cannot tell you how helpful your videos have been to me. You explain thing very well. I am having a very hard time with this whole Service Cloud aspect (preparing for the exam now) and I just do not seem to understand it. Perhaps you might do your Hulk thing and explain this to people like me? Thank you again. You really are extraordinary!
Hi Shrey, Wanted to know what all roles can someone target for if they don't want to be a salesforce developer.Because admin roles have almost disappeared, especially here in India. All the roles seem to be for developer.
Please explain this scenario ,if I call Airtel customer care about internet connection will that case be created automatically in sales ServiceCloud with source as phone ?
