HELP. I have a 2019 NRG50. it does not sound or perform anything like this. top speed is 45kph max. and takes forever to get there. my rpms dont perform like your bike at all. bike is still very new and dont ride very much cause it is so slow. only 700km on it.
There are some restrictors when new and must be removed for full power. There's a restriction plate on the carburetor (you must remove the airfilter box and the manifold and you will see it. Put and bigger minejet on the carburetor (58-60 for stock pipe and 65-70 for sport exhaust). Theres one little washer on the variator that limit the belt to move up and down and must be removed.. this is the mine speed limiter. And the stock exhaust have some additional closed pipe and another for the secondary air system.. they must be removed or just buy new sport exhaust for even better perfomance. If youre scooter is with the black tacho.. its EURO 4 and the CDI is restricted and must be bypassed older years dont have it. 85-90 kmh on tacho is not a problem.
my stock nrg power went only 45kmh because of bad carb and bad piston so i ordered 21mm dellorto naraku cylinderkit and gianelli extra v2 hopefully it will do atleast 60 km/h

What did you do to it to be this slow?😅 back in the days mine went 94kmh stock everything.
This is with variator limiter. With exhaust still gets past 100kmh with the stock cylinder never opened.

what setup do you have? Mine here is only with derestricted carb. Still with speed limiter washer in the vario and restricted exhaust.

Only with the extra v2 it goes 90+

@@virittaja_man new sport variator and belt will improve perfomance too. Good trasmission settings are also needed.
@@virittaja_man lol.. around 9000-9500 is the best powerband. You may still have restrictors. If its newer year with euro 5 u have and limited cdi.

@@kratos6299 stock is 53 with restricted carb and exhaust. 60 is a good start if u remove restrictions and cut the extra exhaust pipes :)
