New parts for the bike. Malossi Multivar (6.9grams rollers), Malossi X-Special Belt, Malossi TC Unit and new OEM slider for the Clutch side. Main jet up from 60 to 62. Flatout now it goes 106km/h ;)

0-80 Full acceleration, on the hill 1/4.. after bridge full throttle and flat to 97. Sorry for bad quality filming. Downhill it goes around 105 kmh.

      only on the variator and exhaust. Carb was derestricted. Bud with bad setup.. it was my first drive :)

      Няма как да ти кажа с точност без да видим скутера. Коя година е.. на колко километра.. с какви части и в какво състояние са.. по принцип стокови си вдигат 80-90

      @@DiabloStuntTeam 2004, същият на външен вид като твоя, километрите са 2456 и всичко си е оригинално по него, но колко и да го цедя стига до 8к оборота и не и повече не иска.

      68-70 mainjet and 7.2g rollers with Malossi Multivar variator

      @@DiabloStuntTeam I have a stock NRG. 2005. I put sito plus in it, removed the brass restrictor from the carb and put in a 65 MJ. It smokes quite heavy and when hot it does not start unless i open the throttle fully and then crank the starter. Then it starts immediately. If I try to crank it without opening, it does not want to start. When cold, no problems at all. It feels a bit lean but it smokes so I am not sure. I was thinking of upgrading it into a extra v2.

    Mig 29 on wheels loved mine was real sleek & class looking compared to a lot of the tatty little things about not the fastest of boys but was what it was didn't plan on or hold onto it for very long anyway was a blast as a kid for a year before the cars🔥🔥

      This is with variator limiter. With exhaust still gets past 100kmh with the stock cylinder never opened.

      7.2g 19x15.5 and white contra spring, and black clutch springs. All Malossi.

      No. Still stock. Just adding 5ml/1l of fuel in the tank because of the higher rpms.

    hi I have a 2007 with te same parts but no carbon reeds can you please tell me the dimensions od the belt bicuse my belt is to small and i suggest puttting a sitffer clutch spring becuse my white one was slipping the belt.

      18.7x8x810mm is the malossi special belt that i use on my all NRGs. The original one i think is 18.5x8x811.

      For springs i use Stage6 Medium central and malossi yellow for clutch, but im with yasuni r exhaust and it likes higher rpms and engage around 6.5-7k but drives very well in city ;)

    my stock nrg power went only 45kmh because of bad carb and bad piston so i ordered 21mm dellorto naraku cylinderkit and gianelli extra v2 hopefully it will do atleast 60 km/h

    74 topspeed, I have got a Piaggio NRG 50 2T Power DD H2O E2 2008 it goes 70 kmh with original pipe. I bought it like this for €650 with 13. 000 km but I don’t know what is derestricted about it I think it’s just the carb and varioring. Which sports exhaust do you recommend

    Hey, man can you give me any tips for long range travel on a moped? Dont they overheat after a certain time on the gas?

      Depends on the condition of the moped. Liquid cooled engines have no problems with cooling on long trips i have done 330kms in one day on the NRG. Air cooled are fine but can drop the power in hot days much easily. The transmission can overheat on steep heels but with 5min break you will be good to go. Just check and inspect everything and replace if necessary before the long trip.

      @@kristijonasstonevicius9335 Stock one! You dont know what abuse has been taken on the modified one. And its more fun to tuned it yourself. But if you want to go on the cheap way buy modified one. The parts are a little bit expensive for scooter :)

      @@DiabloStuntTeamthink your main jet might be too small or something, my main is 80 while it is fully standard except for the vario rings been removed and the air flow restrictor on the carb. It also instantly accelarates and based on the video yours takes some time

    Hello! I have an NRG Power LC from 2018 that I bought second hand, it has the Tecnigas Silent Pro exhaust (I don't know if derestricted?), and I get to 61km/h~ is that normal? I have stock carburetor and main jet, only different rollers. I also got the Malossi air filter but I didn't put it yet until I get bigger main jets (soon), will it make much difference? I bought a Naraku exhaust and variator but I don't know if I'll get much more... my plan is to reach at least 70km/h without 70cc kit.

      I think the last year models NRG are EURO 4 and have CDI restriction. Here is a clip how to bypass it ;)

      i think 75-80kmh for normal weight rider. If your 100+ kg maybe its normal for sport exhaust only

      @@miraknezevic7692 C16 i think would be very revvy for dialy use if u not use racing crankshaft. Im now with yasuni R and in normal driving its in the 9-10 000rpm range 8.5 cruising with 60ish. But i have and DR Evo, Top Due Plus and Malossi crank that are waiting to be put on. But the Stock 50cc dont want to give up. Invest in good transmission setup.

      The engine is still going strong. I drove it everyday. This is the reason that i didn't put the new 70cc kit, crankshaft and etc. on it :) It just wont give up.

      @@DiabloStuntTeam won't give up because 17 000km isn't too much for that cylinder, Piaggio cast iron cylinders are the best in the 50cc class, mine has 70 000+km and original piston and is still going after years and years of abuse
