It's always handy when one's personal bias aligns with the truth. The Combine is the one Successor State that was literally founded on the two ideas of "cosplay or die" and "we are destined to rule all of humanity." It's a founding pillar of their ideology that everyone will eventually be under the coordinator or dead. The Jenner is ugly and has some very obvious design flaws, but if you can find some weight saving tech and double heat sinks, it becomes one of the great light strikers. The Enforcer makes for a nice counterpoint to the DCMS standard designs, being one of House Davion's favorite trooper 'Mechs. The Nightstar is incredibly rare, but it also features prominently in the MW5M campaign.
Glory to the coordinator (I’m told I’m legally obligated to say that if I want to stay alive)! All I know about the DCMS is the bad stuff…. So I guess that’s what everyone wants you to know. Kirby is way more versed in the DCMS history though and he writes these 😆
I do love that house Kurita is the most sincere of all the great houses. Every successor state is a militarist aristocracy to some degree or another, but the Draconis Combine embodies that idea most purely of any of them.
Thanks for the listen! This is a great point. Just checked out the record sheets and I'd personally take the F over the D for longevity. With all the running/jumping too would be nice to know you won't be deleted in a single turn* *Depending how hated the little guy is or how stupid I play it 😁
Jenners are fantastic! One of my first favorites in Mechwarrior Online.. loved it in MW2:Mercs, and one of my earliest memories from the Crescent Hawks games, which I was a touch too young for but watched my older brother play, was seeing his badly mauled Jenner hanging in the repair gantry. I do disagree with the assessment that the Jenner is weak because of its poor armor. In the 3025 era it has average armor. Heat is certainly an issue, and the wise Jenner pilot takes care to play like a Wasp pilot and run cool until the perfect moment presents itself to go absolutely nuts with the full payload. I'm more partial to the JR7-F variant myself.
Do you mean the model or the mech? If the model, yeah I agree I’m not a huge fan, especially in the mwo style chunky look. As for the mech, well it performs well enough for me on tabletop to forgive it.
As a DCMS player I own a few of these. Great video and good format/editing.
Thanks dude. It’s Kirby’s writing that makes it what it is, I just talk and add some music. Plus we’ll forgive you for being a DCMS player 😉
I love this mech when it's in my lance. I hate it when it's not.
Absolute ankle biter of a mech
Yeah it’s a great asset to have. Of all the lights it’s a great combo of speed and death lasers!
So, a Jennercide?... I'll see myself out.
You come back here and endure my applause.
@@derekburge5294 can't catch me, I've got a rental charger! (thank you😜)
Chefs kiss to that one! Now get out 😂
Ain't a crime if no one survives to report it.
Amen brother!

If you are going to do a job, do the job properly! 😉
You can add some tentacles sex and used panty machine to that list 😅😅
Any love for the JR-7F? The "Flashbulb" variant pretty solves all the JR-7D ills (i.e it can actually take a PPC hit and not detonate)

I like my jenner with sm. Pulse lasers and an srm 6 😂 good job!!!
Pulse lasers are fun! Clan pulse lasers are even more fun though!
Hey Shrapnel, tell us how you really feel about the DCMS!
Just like ComStar I have no opinion.... much.... I like red things though. They go really, really fast. Plus I like fire.
Jennerside!
Thanks for the listen. That's the cunning no plan plan. Just set a pack of jenners loose and see what happens.
You say warcrimes like anyone who played MW5 has never piloted his mech through an appartment building. Ah well, they were Cappelans anyway...
RIP poor "innocent" Capellans!
Yeah i dont like that mech in fact i think its hidius and ugly.
