"and here's a clean boost" I thought he was serious for a scary second. My thought was "If that's his idea of a 'clean' boost I can only imagine what the dirt pedals sound like"
'Here at Jupiter Effects, we feel that gazing at your shoes should be as dangerous as looking directly at the sun. So we put a distortion circuit in a reverb pedal, and a super fuzz in our clean boost.'
@@DMSProduktions 😂the force 750 watts thrusting out of 24 celestions from 3 full stacks !!!! All the METAAAAAAAAAL!!!! I’d probably play SLAYER Seasons In The Abyss first, then see what was left standing 🤘🏽
Feel free to do demos with manufactures. But in my opinion they try to show to much. Same in this case. I don't have a clue what the pedals sound like now. To much switching and knob turning. Demo of the diy kit was better.
Colin, I've followed your channel for a while but I don't watch every single video. I vaguely remember you mentioning a reason for why you cut your hair back then but I can't recall what it was. It keeps me awake at night and I don't know why. Could you clarify that if it you would? Sorry if I'm being rude.
It doesn't matter how weird, new or special the pedal effect is, 99% of RUclips reviewers will play the same blues and metal scales to show off how good they are, or how hard they have practiced. Rather than simple and useful chords to show the pedal capabilities.
Same. It's definitely an interesting pedal. I use my nano big muff as my standard fuzz sound.. but when I wanna get trippy, noisy and "super-weird", I use my super weirdo and it definitely raises eyes and drops jaws...

That Kaleidoscope could be the ultimate shoegaze machine
"and here's a clean boost"
I thought he was serious for a scary second. My thought was "If that's his idea of a 'clean' boost I can only imagine what the dirt pedals sound like"
Sometimes it's impossible to know if Chris is being serious or not - makes him a very exciting person to be around.
next time i bring the pyros
Chris send all of them!
This man has so much room left in his house!
14:38 Notice Hawkwind's lyrics of the song "Silver Machine" on the pcb of the Silver Machine. Great video!
Loved seeing the P90 strat you built in this vid!
Love seeing builders experiment and do something different!

@@PooNinja Ok.
You are playing my guitaaaar!
It's a really great guitar, I need to get one.
@@ScienceofLoud Absolutely. I love this thing. Played it, bought it, loved it :)
Colin, it would be great to see a video on the Super Weirdo.
0:45 that's sir Perf right there
Yes! Perfecto de Castro!
Yeah, been meaning to pickup a super weirdo for a while. Ordered today, on sale from JPTR FX on reverb
Good stuff guys.
Was that Perfecto in the opening video? He's a top bloke and an incredible guitarist.
What's the singal chain? guitar - buffer - jptr fx and cab m+ with our without power amp simulation?
Is that man very large or are you very small?
I am almost 2 meters

Because I felt like it.
That is the best answer, cheers mate.
Even the reverb pedal has distortion? I like that
Sorry, but they all sound like crap to me. Not my cup of tea but thanks for sharing. They all sound like a BOSS metal pedal
