Ehang is a good example of the investing principle of "paper losses". I bought some eHang stock a few weeks before the wolf (hit piece) article came out which decimated the stock price. I have not sold any of my eHang stock yet. I am going to wait until after the 2024 Paris Olympics (hint; see what eHang has planned to do during those olympics). If the stock price is still down and out by then, I will then sell all my stock. Otherwise, I suspect eHang will rise again from the ashes... Stock money losses are only incurred when you actually sell a stock when the stock price is down, not until then. I wish eHang much future success, and on that theme, time will tell.
Having been employed to work beside the Dickosian Factories that we in the West are still creating it's frightening to see such modern facilities while ours are way behind, it is no wonder that China is progressing in leaps and bounds
Everyone has the choice to believe what they want to believe. I believe this company is going to be big! I believe in their CEO and his vision. I really don't care what the bears say, I believe the future of this company is very bright. Call me stupid, call me naive, I just think they are beyond everyone else at this point. and I believe they will come out on top
the problem is they may be a scam or a good company with amazing projects but a terrible way to treat investors (and for an investor like me, both situations are bad).
@@David-pu7zn I think there are those that mistreat investors because of known manipulation, and I think there are other companies that their focus is not on investors and more on what they are trying to accomplish. I believe Ehang is that later. Now, in saying that, they are the ones that chose to go this route and go public, and they then need to hold themselves accountable. Still, from my perspective, I don't think they are trying to manipulate anybody. I could be wrong, I just personally feel that way
@ehang you need to earn the investor trust again! Many people have doubt specially when you delay the earnings or cancel a special day which is investor day.
I remember when computers start on market at prices as low as 1Million USD, now you can get a good one for 500 USD, same will happen with these vehicles, technology drops in value as it becomes popular in terms of competition and consumption. I will wait for the mine one a couple of years, no problem.
Sorry - This just does not look real. The company would be better off just creating a video filming people working in the production facility, using wide view shots like one sees in a place like an auto assembly line.
Is it me or does the machinery look like it was from 20 years ago. It doesnt look advanced at all. Seeing people manually screwing things together. Lol. Its all a hoax. There is no proper production facillity. Go look at some Nio videos and look at how high tech there production line is.
Ehang, please listen to reason. If you don’t you will go bankrupt and all go to jail. This is extremely dangerous design. Having rotor blades at the same level as cockpit means if accident happens (and they will!) it will kill all of its passengers.
Not to mention how dangerous it is to allow AAV be controlled remotely - it is just asking to be cyber attacked or hacked. Rival companies or USA will hack you guys for sure.
@@Nate-np5tt I am talking about having the rotors so low people could potentially walk into it, or when the drone crash the rotor and the blades would detach and fly into the cockpit because it is at the same height level as cockpit.
In 1913 Henry Ford invented the assembly line. I would have expected to see one or at least a little more automation. Looks like everything is done by hand. That should drastically limit the output potential of this facility.
As a composites engineer who worked in aeronautical manufacturing, I can say that they seem to use the same manufacturing processes. Only thing I would mention is the use of dry carbon fabric instead of prepregs and assembly without mounting jigs. Both understandable and expectable considering the low volume production demands.
I was thinking exactly same thing... But to build up production lines they need certain amount of orders. So I hope that they are al least considering those automation production plans. I don't believe that the CEO is ridiculous enough not to calculate the cost efficiency. But I think it's their "mistake" that they showed how they tightened the screw with their HANDS. I'm an engineer. And when you design the machine, you make a assembly instruction book for the workers who assemble the machines. And mechanical designer has to write down every single Torque which is required for the parts.... But they are doing the thing by hands. Disappointing. I am an investor of Ehang and a huge fan. I hope you guys will make it much better. Go for it.

Way, way, waaaay too much physical labor going on. Waaay too much. Too slow and too much room for error and QC trouble. Sandy Munroe time!!
I don't think you understand Aviation manufacturing...its much more labor intensive than Automotive or other sectors.
