Mad fabrication skills bro, I am seriously impressed
Sebastian Campbell, thanks alot my friend!
U must be an engineer, cause it shows. Thanks for this , and great job.
Fantastic build here!
Nice editing too 👍
I just subscribed so I will be checking out your other videos. Thanks for posting 🙂
@Mike festiva, thanks alot! I appreciate your interest in my builds! Thanks for subscribing! Your channel is awesome 👍👍🙂
Absolutely coolest idea ever for a mini bike.
Nicely done looks like it will hold up well. The only thing i would highly suggest is an over run clutch somewhere in the front. I would probably use a bmx bike sprocket hub or similar on the front hub and weld the bigger sprocket to it. It really helps with the binding around turns. Makes it handle better and keeps the bike from ripping itself apart.
Thanks! That's a good idea, we will see how it goes, that might be a add on later on
An over running clutch for the front wheel will help with bike feel on pavement and hard dirt, but shouldn't be needed on mud or sand. A bicycle freewheel is plenty strong and has the same pitch as #40 chain. Just needs a spacer sprocket added to keep the chain centered.
The only thing i'd change here is i'd prolly ditch the housed bearings and go for fabricating custom housings. Mostly because they don't really add much to the structure overall, and also because they widen the structure by quite a bit. Other than that, stellar project kick-off, all the right choices in terms of the structure and concept.
@aserta, thanks for the advice, I totally agree with you, at that moment I wasn't capable making my own bearing housings, now I am, because I bought a metal lathe!
You, Sir, are a genius!
@SluSharkND, thanks!🙂
cool pretty good ole buddy
Your videos are awesome!
@Richard Fiqueroa, thanks!🙂
Cool
Awesome stuff! Subbed and liked too!
@me going fast thanks, I appreciate you subscribing!
It’s gonna be slow but it should climb good.
great work bud thats a super clean set up you got there
@Tampa Boys Customs, thanks!
An absolutely brilliant build! That is a serious bit of kit! Question: was belt driven a consideration (lighter and quieter)? Keep doing what you do!
@Dan Kornfeld, thanks alot!🙂 I used belt because of the CVT transmission(torque converter) it gave me more variety of gear ratio
Incredible stuff man
@Duckhunter711 thanks!
I'm not sure how the chain from the jackshaft to the fork will work.? When you turn the fork towards you at 10:22 the empty sprocket has 45° of travel. (how will the chain bend at the goose neck when you turn the forks)?.
It's a great idea. Back in the 70's Rokon had the ujoint at the goose neck. (we had one).
Any chance you have a parts list with numbers? Great build!
Hi there you have some nice fabrication skill very nice welding and work wish I could have a set of forks made like them and wish I had some one around me that could help me make parts for my mini trucks builds.
@Steven Pleasant, thanks bud! It took a while to get those skills...What mini trucks are you building?
У тебя круто получается, продолжай в том же духе😉
Thanks!
Bruh ur a genius..
@Jany N z0ne Gonzales V... thanks!
You're gonna get big screenshot this i was the 90th subscriber
I appreciate you being my 90th subscriber! Thanks for subscribing!
Did you happen to weight that whole assembly? Just curious. Man that looks sweet!
@Jay Dee, thanks! No I didn't, but I will, and I will let you guys know!
@@OkayBuilds thank you! It’s just data, can never have enough data, ya know! Can’t wait to see the whole deal! This reminds me of the Rokan Trailbreaker
@@jaydee659 me too, I can't wait to test it out! I appreciate your interest in my build!
Table saw as a welding bench? But why
@chris smith, because that's all I had at that moment, check out my last video, I got a welding table now🙂
what is the road? 5:34
It's too heavy for little bike.
