Basically a Mash tt40. Bin the stock silencers,they are so restricted. I fitted straight clear megaphones.,..it now sounds like a Manx Norton and an easy couple of horses
I bought an cb400ss exhaust without cat at aliexpress. Together with the original muffler sounds great. The cat is the restrictive part, not the muffler.
@@SkinPeeleR I've since taken out the cats... there are two,and two additional silencers in the downpipes.....but word of caution....the air/ fuel ratio runs at 18-1 in places, way too lean....you need to get it remapped to run properly if you go down this route....mine has just been done and waiting to refit the ECU back on
@@darrenlucas2768 Thanks for the warning but i already knew. Just 20 miles from my place there's a tuner who also does delphi mt-05 ecu's. So when it's done, had a paintjob and i have the full fairing kit from the Jawa 350 special, and some other parts, It wil get a ecu flash.
There's the engine rev limiter sometimes I didn't pay attention to the RPM so might accidentally reach the limiter not a big deal as long as you don't always do that.
I think I prefer FI over carbs, because I think FI is more reliable & less hassle than carbs. Some people may think differently, preferring the old school or manual tech over electronics. Anyway I think FI will be a smoother performance and can be tuned if you have a piggyback tuner or can mod the ECU.
Anybody tell me the point of that engine revving at the start? Don't think the old Gold Star has a lot to worry about in speed and sound it has this beat hands down!
It is a chinese copy of a 27 hp Honda mono cylinder engine. That explains the affordable price. Not aim to be fast, but indeed the sound deserves a better exhaust☺️

Exhaust note has potential. The exhaust looks better than the previous model. The front headlight cowling is fugly.

good bike but price to expensive compare to the normal version.
Usually fuel injection and ABS bikes will cost a bit more
