Okay, I watched all three of your bread making videos and made my bread…can I just say, it is the best bread I have ever made and quite possibly the best homemade bread I have ever tasted! It was that good! Your videos were so informative and easy to follow and your personality is adorable! So thank you for taking the time to teach the rest of us how to bake bread with fresh milled grains! It was the first time I used my new grain mill! I got my Zoj with the intention of baking loaves in the oven, but my kids love how soft the crust turns out when I bake it in the machine. Less work for me!
