I think if we dont count Sohyang, no one can really sing at G5. The highest best one ever reach with support/resonance is stop at E5/F5/F#5 like Lee Haeri, Ailee, Son Seungyeon, Lina, Shannon and some.
So hyang's G5 is not just a random belted note that comes out of her mouth. She produces the best G5s in the World 3. Arirang Last Part 2. Bridge over troubled Water 1. Do you know (Literally the Best one, you can hear that perfect vowel, the resonance, perfect volume, precise vibrato, that ringing that makes it not irritating even at high volumes, the extreme quality of tone, and that breath support that let her belt it that long that will leave our ears satisfied)
Several of these girls did very well, but no one was as good as SoHyang and Lee Young Hyun. Those G5s were MONSTROUS. Kudos to some of the other girls, though. However, everyone else's belts were so paper thin that I hesitated to call them actual belts, like Shannon's belt at 3:15. Atrocious.
