Plastic Recycling is the process of recycling materials into useful products.Largely all the plastics used in the world are non-biodegradable in nature, hence recycling becomes the only solution globally to reduce the waste and curb pollution reluting from it. We can optimize the lifespan of plastics by recycling it into a new product to be used again and again and so on.
Nearly all types of plastics can be recycled, however the extent depends upon their chemical component, economic and logistic factors. For the process of recycling, Plastics are basically categorized into bio-degradable and non-biodegradable plastics and then another important aspect is their marking. As an aid to recycling, the BPF recommends marking of all plastics with an appropriate identification code.

Yes. They can easily catch hazardous diseases due to little plastic granuels in air. It can lead to cancer also. A complaint should be filed against the owner
When one can invest huge sum why should they not provide safety gears to labourers? At least a dozen set of the same should be provided with the machines only and charged for the same. Heavy fines should be imposed for not carrying out the order

I think the conversion is bad, because they said that an agglomerator cost 2 million rupees, that's around 30 thousand dollars hahaha I think is 200 thousand rupees that is around 3 thousand dollars, that are very similar to the cost a machine like that in my country (I'm from Mexico)

Sir, This is very good idea, why you can't try for plastic recycling ATM machine, so your current output is raw materials for other industry, that we can convert as Raw materials input in same machine, which we get final product by recycling old plastic, into small product according to injection machine itself., which inbuilt in ATM, this machine easily available to normal public to recycle there old plastic,

Due to this, the physical characteristics change greatly, without changing the chemical properties of the plastic. Using FVR it is possible to process contaminated not sorted: PFH, PVD, PND, PPN, ABC, PSS, UPS. Moisture is removed, dirt is used as a filler, it is also necessary to add a temperature averager, dye. For testing, at least 200 m2 and 110 kW are required. I do not offer scientific research, I use only ready-made technology, equipment and components. The time for work is 4 months.

Whats the maintenance cost of these machines??
Depends on what condition of machine you're purchasing. Generally, it is recommended that all the machineries should be given maintenance atleast 3 times a year.
