Everyone. I wrote this book with the specific intention of teaching others how to treat pain and injuries on their own. The book contains comprehensive rehab exercise programs for the 50 most common conditions with high-resolution pictures of me doing the movements. The book also covers the science of pain and injury rehabilitation and includes almost 500 scientific references.
