I was a M270 MLRS crewmen in the early1990s (MOS: 13 Mike). Still is a powerful system.

Ft Sill?
Great to see that currently in a war the 40 times bigger country cannot win that war because the underdog has a few HiMars systems. This is a real gamechanger. 🙂
Stupidest comment today 🤣
And some very stubborn courageous determined military personnel and civilian population
Cope and seethe, keep losing more territories.
Plus-one on Himars
= sizing gauges
= apache heli, ATG(M - cheaper rocket) manpad, piston cheap autonomous single-use twin-prop rather than expensive drones, C130 gunship "eject" with "low-recoil"
= fighter gas-turbine prop-jets replace sparrow
= fighter-jet replace AMRAAM
Target measurement benchmark of 18000ft launch and sea-level launch and gunship shitting, using - the same modules. Air-burst flak(anti - mine, personnel, gas-turbine, armour-weapons-sensor-surfaces) is number of "grenades".?
Inertia nav and active-antenna swappable usb-c. Example, i want somebody to hack esp32 and nobody to hack raspberry-pi. I plug and play, fire, they hack, i laugh.
Here are those GLSDBs you ordered!
Merica!
I first saw that in my life when i played Command and Conquer Tiberian Dawn - always loved those
I was in A battery 2/18FA, and it was nice that they showcased my brother battery on this video lol.
Double the fire power of the himars
Great piece of equipment
Canada will need thousands of these for sure
USA make the best military weapons and vehicles
What do you think about South Korean K239 Chunmoo? South Korea also operates M270 and K239. Poland order the K239 instead of M270.
My father was a 13M for 23 years. Stationed at Ft. Sill. I grew up in Lawton(a place similar to Fayetteville, NC) Lol. I enlisted in 2012 and chose the route of 11B. Went to jump school and RIP(now RASP). Life is weird.
My husband was 13M at Ft Sill. Both our kids were born in Lawton. This what the vehicle he specialized in
nice video
I don’t understand the application of this in guerrilla warfare such as operation Iraqi freedom and operation enduring freedom (Afghanistan). I think maybe in the initial phase of these wars where it was a conventional war with stationary enemy bases and warehouses/supply areas, these would have been BEYOND deadly and would hit targets faster than aircraft would. I was in Afghanistan in 2011, and that phase of the war was just trying to find hiding spots of the enemy and training and creating a local police unit. Enemy would have not stayed in one place long enough to use these and the area would be too small for these batteries.
Great information. Please also make one video about Turkish made TRG 300 and TRG270 and compare it with US counterparts
As a 94p mlrs mechanic, 270 are great for war but horrible to work on.
These are good on a difficult area. But i still think Chunmoo's are better.
Germany sent some of their M270s to Ukraine. It is in operation there
Why are all the stats in metric system?
Military is metric.
50 rockets 🚀 x $150,000= $7,500,000.00 just for training 😅❤
Tax dollars 💵 at work 😅😊
Allegedly... 😂 i still think the m 270 pinched that design from the U . F . O .show ? I refer to THE SHADOW MISSILE
FIRING TRACKED VEHICLES ?? USED TO TAKE OUT THE INVADING ALIEN SPACECRAFT . 😂
Why do they call it a battery ?
In olden days years ago depending in which country you lived in a group of cannons or morters were called a battery ie to batter walls / defences hope this helps
I hope that they can start churning these out like sausages, the Ukraine needs plenty and everyone else will want them too.
My granddad used it. This is ancient
Slow but effective
+ Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan
Glory to ukraine 🇺🇦
Whatever it is you lost your battle with Taliban 😅
Russia lost its battle against Taliban.🤣🤣😂😂
