Sorry, don't have it in me. Love cooking, but the speed is totally out of reach for me. 5 or 6 pans going at once? I can do one in the over and two on burners if one requires minimal attention. I'm totally impressed Jack. As a retired engineer I'm used to sitting and thinking about one thing at a time. But if I wasn't 10,000 miles away I'd stop right in for dinner :-)
I always try to explain to my Dad and older family members why when they go somewhere to eat, the meal isn't EXACTLY the same every time. They need to watch a video like yours to see how difficult and how much practice time and skill cooking takes. You're juggling tickets and ingredients. These are people that can barely cook an egg complaining hahaha

I was, not anymore. Years and years in the weeds took away any passion I had for food. Miss the after shift sessions though!
In a remote city in Western Australia no thanks ! I’ve done it and I don’t recommend it .
