Gris Charnel by BDK Parfums is a Amber Spicy fragrance for women and men. Gris Charnel was launched in 2019. The nose behind this fragrance is Mathilde Bijaoui. Top notes are Cardamom, Fig and Black Tea; middle notes are Iris and Bourbon Vetiver; base notes are Sandalwood and Tonka Bean.

I've seen this or heard about this before but I can't remember where lol. As a huge fan of Iris I'm definitely intrigued and leaning towards getting it. But I'd have to buy a sample or try it at a store before getting it. The price and the the fact I know nothing from this house excludes it from being a blind buy for me. As a fan of iris I blind bought Bleu Noir Parfum for like $75, but I already owned the EDP and EDT from Narciso Rodriguez and is more affordable. Thanks for the insight

Gerard, buddy. Picked this scent up in April for my birthday. Bought it from my favorite mens store in Minneapolis. I was highly impressed with BDK overall. They carried every male/inisex BDK scent and i almost bought two to three. Next day wore it out and the employee at Club Monaco asked what i was scent I had on so he could get it RIGHT NOW! lol. Great, solid house. Modern, affordable, intriguing. Keep it up man. Happy Hunting at the racks. On the way to 10,000

I have been super curious about this Gris Charnel. I’ve heard it’s a great cardamom scent and people who like La Nuit De L’Homme would like it. Also speaking of the BR Icon line I finally found 78 Vintage Green in stock this week so I grabbed it.
Yes the cardamom is the other standout here. This is a really great scent. Let me know what you think of 78 vintage green!
Don't buy it...is smells just 10% like la nuit de l'homme... That plus creamy soap hand cream
Updated I took the silver bottle Pharos back,and got Latin exquisite royal edition blue bottle,the other is a spot on clone of OG lemale, didn't want that one
I like the Layton clone more as well.

I picked up the Extrait on fragrancenet for $130. If you liked this you’ll love the Extrait. Next time you’re in downtown Boston you might smell the last time I wore it as it lasts a decade and a half and has a massive scent trail. Not sure the folks at the office loved it! Great date night scent.

@@gerardgeorge they did a massive tester w/ cap dump maybe 4-5 months ago of BDK. The Extrait sold out almost instantly. They had Villa Neroli testers for $89!

Hello,was able to pick up 2 contra frangrances,Pharos and contra for you,I'm sure you can tell what last frangrance is a copy of? Lol, great atomizers etc,smell great,I'm not sure what Pharos is copy of clean scent though,sweet , hopefully you can review soon,they had Latin exquisite also,but passed on that one for the other 2,thanks

Just received the BDK gris chanel extrate for Christmas this morning from my Queen with her not knowing the difference Between the original...and my Daughter got me the Suspiro vibrato very very nice Both of em ...and the topper was a gift my son got me Is m micalef desire toxic..great scent... merry Christmas Gerrard

Scent of the day today. After hearing all about it, I bought a decant and all I can say is wow. Complete class in a bottle. I get a slight YSL nuit d lhomme vibe. Probably the cardamom.

I get Iris with a bit of spice. Not my vide, glad I got a decant first. It’s not bad, but not anything groundbreaking for me. Definitely get Dior Homme/intense from it.

What do you think of tomorrow ford ombre leather parfum i don’t care for it in the beginning but mid to dry down theres something in it that i love. I also discovered a fragrance called gyan from bvlgari it might be one of my favorite fragrances too bad its 400 retail and around 250 on discounters.
I like all forms of Ombre leather. I like Godolphin a bit more from parfums de marly though. I have a sample of Gyan myself. Amazing scent.

In my experience women seem to be attracted to the fresh and sweet so all three fit the bill. I own stronger with you and that one gets a lot of attention.

Yea I'm lucky I don't have that association but many do and its a deal breaker for them.
@@gerardgeorge not a deal breaker, but tends to become old after a while. I'm always trying to expand my tastes though! Already worked for Neroli.

100% correct. I love this fragrance and BDK. Such amazing quality, sensual classy, smells like two beautiful, naked bodies in heat, rolling around on millions of Euros stacked on Pratesi sheets in the "Suite Imperial " of the Ritz Paris € 42,000 / Night.... $$$$$.. in other words reeks $$$

Iris is a feminine note. An entire generation has been brainwashed by Dior.
Fair assessment but Iris doesn't smell like flowers to me so I'd be curious if it does for you.
