This house is insane, would love to live there and didn't expect it to be that modern.
I walk past it on my walks and the part you are looking at was the church hall and I can see why it has been on the marketplace for a while but looks very nice inside. Thanks to you both for showing me a tour of the property.
I wonder how it was heated. All those listed windows and such a big space. I wonder was it freezing on such a cold day
I live very near to this place. My mate lives on this road in fact very sophisticated houses. Have been past this church many times in the past years has an vast golf corse just down the road with paths to high beach and Connaught waters. Down the road to a high street too with a Tesco’s post office chippies all the essentials. Fair few primary and secondary school options very close too 👍🏽

Personally I find this building homely, everything is in view and connected and feels engaging as opposed from being desolate and separated. Ive seen people disagree but each to their own! Its a lovely building.

Well if there's one thing I would hate of this church-house it would be the bedroom because it's totally open to the living area.... Without privacy
Heya folks, great presentation . No doors in the bedroom and no wall leaves the noise factor at high if one needed to sleep you could hear surrounding noise. As we live in a cold country the bills to keep this property warm will be high but other then that it looked nice
What a cool building, reminds me of my own house i bought last year with the exposed beams, very classy inside. I've started renovating my own place recently & this has given me a couple of ideas

Chingford the homeground of David Beckham and E17 (if you're old enough to remember). Full of character this house. Though I'd probably add partitions on the ground floor to preserve energy and not walk around in a wooly jumper.

Looks very nice and spacious but I only thing I can fault is that there is no sound privacy. If couple wanted to be intimate and there are other people in the house, there are no walls, open air through the church trusses

Stunning property. I would easily live there. The only small thing I would add is two comfy chairs a small table by that lovely large window upstairs.

If you want to do sponsors etc that is fine but is best to keep it to just within your videos only, and then highlight by adding ‘paid promotion’ at the beginning of the vid, as you have done in the past. It feels a bit intrusive and not welcome when you extend this out to the comment section. Just my opinion.

I agree , I think it’s the interior design as it looks a bit clinical . Needs some warmer tones & fabrics & I don’t like the tiled floor either .

All that space and a tiny kitchen; the dining table and chairs appear that they would fit in nicely in a board room. The dinning area should have been closer to the kitchen and the sofa where the dinning table is.

It is not a converted church, it is a converted church hall. The church is next door and is still in use.

The church building is stunning especially the windows and beams. If I'm honest not too keen on the interior decor...preferred downstairs living area. Kitchen is stunning though.

I think what you're paying for here is the novelty of living in a church, though it seems like the novelty would wear away quite quickly.
Didn't think it was anything special. And the bedrooms felt cramped despite all of the space inside.
They have done a stunning job on the conversion, but I would not be spending 1.3m to live in Chingford so it's a no from me.

Lovely couple would definitely buy a property from them - but just a gentle word of advice to these developers don't overcrowd these properties with your furniture its distracting and not necessarily to everyones taste - anyone who can afford 3 million plus can afford furniture leave it to their imagination - don't assume everyone shares your taste.
