i think it’s both
It's the camera if you want to be scientifically accurate. We have cameras that can capture framerates better than the human eye can see (These are usually used for slow motion) - "The slow mo guys" have one that's pretty strong. His hands are indeed fast though.

This is so wonderful! I've enjoyed listening to this piece many times, but listening to it again during a thunderstorm makes it better. Right now, it's finally storming, and since my area hasn't had rain in so long (except for a couple days ago, but not really anything before that), everything is brown and a brush fire in my area was a bit too close for comfort recently. The rain outside seems so reviving and clean, and this piece to me brings across the idea that while these storms can be fearful, they are astonishing and bring back life to the area. At long last, I finally saw new green blades of grass spring up where dirt had been when I was at school today! Thanks for writing this, musicalbasics!
Everything you make is pure quality. I mean your music is some of the best I've heard on piano and everything else is fantastic. I don't know how you don't have more views but you should. Heck, even the descriptions are thought provoking and symbolic for every video. Just wanted you to know that.

This is amazing. I truly love your work. How much planning do you usually put into each video? Also did you receive any training from a teacher or did you just learn how to structure modern classical songs online with scales, arpeggios etc.? I would really love to be more like you. A lot of people say that I am really good at piano (not sarcastically or anything) and I think I am pretty good for how long I've been learning. Do you have any recommendations for things that I should practice? Any sort of feedback would be amazing. Thanks.
