For the 3D model, you modelize it or did you used technology like photogrammetry with a smartphone app?

I'm modeling a car by pasting faces with Blender using blueprints.
I don't know about photogrammetry, and I've tried a low cost 3D scanner released by XYZprinting, but I was disappointed with the melted and crumbled objects.
