"I'm thinkin' in these difficult times we're livin' in a little humor might be appropriate." No truer words were ever spoken! Thanks for the smiles on Jan 2, 2024, Jim! Btw, is that a 00018?

That was hilarious and exceptionally good, can't believe this only has 3.7k views in 3 years!

I like this, but the volume should be louder. I even have speakers attached, and I can't get the sound up enough.

Thanks for sharing this comic version! I also like your "Teddy Bears Picnic" & all the trad jug band songs.
I'm in a jug band myself in San Francisco: the Yerba Buena Jug Band. I'm friends with Maria Muldaur.

You're such a great player. Loved Relax You Mind. Mel Lyman and you were really good together. Such a great harp player.

I know this is an old post but maybe someone can help me with the chords. Looks to me like Jim begins with a root 5 D7th chord but he’s able to fret the bass notes with his thumb, which I can’t do.

The first chord is E7. I can't do the thumb either. An open low E works great. Find Pat Donohue's version and see how he does it.
