This is the most powerful and inspirational story I have EVER heard in my entire life. Im not trying to sound corney but i sobbed through this entire story. Im a single mom and I completly related to this. I watch this inspirational story every time I feel like giving up. This is life changing to watch!!

This has gotta be the greatest speech that I’ve ever heard in my life. I live in a household where my mom is never home and I am always mad about that. So one day I told my Grandpa everything that she did and about how she wasn’t home. So then my granddad be ready tomorrow at 7:00 a.m. in the morning so I said okay. Then he took me to Contentnea Savannah school and the ISS teacher was sitting there and he and my grandad were good friends and I knew him and he said my Grandad told me about your mom so why don’t you play football. And I said sure. My first year was bad but then I learned why I was bad. Because I contained my anger. So my next year I was starting at Defensive End and that year I got the most sacks in my district and the most tackles and I got better from just listing to this speech. And I listen to it every day before a game.
This is my favorite video my dad beat on my mom until I was 12. Till she either stopped breathing or passed out. I play sports for the same reason Ray does so a man never puts his hands on my mom. 52 is more than just a number its a livelihood. I love you mom I do this for you.

Im gonna listen to this before every game. This makes me feel like I can move mountains
i was never good at football. I’ve always been a small kid and when i played i’d sit the bench. I was afraid to hit everyone and get hurt and everyone would get mad at me and i couldn’t help it. I played this before my game and when i got on the field i felt myself get this adrenaline rush. mid game i was playing safety and my friend and i tackled one kid but when the kid we tackled got up he pushed my friend down. Now i know you shouldn’t do this because of sportsmanship but i knocked the player down in anger and thought of the speech. I got taken off the field and was yelled at my coaches. Later on i was put back in the game and was in on almost every play ending the game with about 20 tackles after that i started working and i’ve actually been decent defense and offensive player. Some say it’s your own determination to get there. I’m gonna say thank you to ray lewis because it really brought the best out of me thanks ray🙌🏼🙏🏻
You know I'm a Steelers fan and this video hits deep. Every time I watch this it makes me keep pushing no matter how tough it gets. Ray Lewis is a legend forever.

I hate the sport of football. But I play it because of this man. At 16 years old, just recently getting into sports, working for a brighter future, this man gave me a chance.
This story.. My dad’s father (mygrandfather) was an alcoholic that killed himself after beating the family for years and leaving a note that it was their fault. I’m so glad my dad related that to me. My brother still judges my father as “weak”. He can’t wrap his head around that being beat as a child can change a man. Can make him look for a way out without viollence.

Everyday I go to work no matter the weather or how I'm feeling because I want to be the best. It frustrates me because I see people who been there for years who have more time than me slack off, never come to work, and get everything. These are the people who should be setting a good example. The ones I can come to if I don't know something. It's like everyone in here is dumb as a bucket of rocks. I have a strong drive to be great and people at my job even supervisors don't like me because I bring 100% everyday to work. I can't be a bum at work or anything I do, its how I was raised.

I’m sure you’ve heard the saying, “one person can make a difference” but the truth is, everyone makes a difference whether they choose to or not.
Every choice you make affects everyone in this world because we all share the same universe so eventually every choice you make will impact everyone in some way shape or form. That's why the bible says sin is bad. Its not to manipulate or control you. Its for the sake of everyone in existence. When you have billions of people making choices that hurt others and themselves, you will have a world like the one we have now where people die daily. Where terrible things constantly happen.
We are constantly warned by God to stop living this way but not everyone chooses to listen. Existence is fragile and should be taken seriously. People make the same mistakes the devil made then wonder why life feels like hell. It will only get worse after death. Please do not follow the devils foot steps straight to hell.
God didn't create this messed up world, our choices did. Sin did
If you feel like you've been overlooked in your life and the people you expected to help you didn't help you dont feel sad. Dont worry. God didn't overlook you. He didn't ignore you. He sent his son for the redemption of your soul. To restore everything about you. Everyone has made mistakes but if you put your faith in Jesus Christ you can start again. You can start over, the mistakes of the past are forgotten, forgiven and you will be saved for eternity. No longer will you have an eternity of suffering but instead if you accept and follow Christ you will have an eternity of paradise. Because Jesus died in your place. Please make the right choices.

My mom has been through a lot the past 9 months. It hurt to see her go through that for 9 months. she was being abused by her boyfriend. This February on my birthday is where it changed. He's drunk and my mom takes all the keys to her vehicles and to his car not to mention we found out he has a history of 4 OWI'S. He yelled at her to give him his car keys she didn't and he bent her hand back and hurt it. She types for her job and he got the keys because he threatened to kill the pets. But he didn't drive because my mom called the cops. He was on his way to get more alcohol and the cops arrested him for domestic violence, violation of his parole and has been evicted and has a restraining order on him. He might get battery added if he doesn't take the deal in court. The doctors in detox that we took him to 3 times said his liver is at the point it cannot repair itself and he's maybe got five or six years left to live if he keeps it up. He was gone by the time I got over there or else I would have given him the ass kicking of a lifetime.
