Love this tutorial! I don't normally ship signs but I bought a sign from the flea market and would make a great gift. This video was very helpful! Where do you get the 20x20x4 box? Thank you for this!
Thank you I'm so glad it was helpful 🥰 this video was when I first started my business so I was ordering my boxes off Amazon at that time, we've since switched to uline but they sell in bulk only I believe so I'm not sure if that would be cost efficient for you if you're only needing one. I've bought single boxes from Walmart & Lowe's as well!
@@LoveCraftedDecor Yup! You are right. I was told that UPS will create a shipping package for me. Thanks for responding and keep up with the good work!
Nope! Usually I will only get a surcharge if I happen to make it a little bigger than I purchased the label for but as I've gotten more experienced with shipping that doesn't happen much anymore.
Lol I definitely understand, I still get nervous even with boxed signs b/c I know they're so rough with packages in shipping :( but I've shipped with paper for years usually only solid wood signs though, definitely would not recommend for a framed sign or planked sign. I try to always use a box but sometimes it's just not possible - in those cases just wrap really well with bubble wrap!
I have to ship a small painted board. This video is extremely helpful. Thank you!!
I'm so glad it was helpful!! You inspired me to do a short tiktok video on this as well today to hopefully help even more people ❤ Thank you!! 😊
Wow I don't know why I didn't think of using paper like that. I have to ship a 3x2' board and i was dreading having to build a box.
Lol yes I definitely understand!! My bigger more fragile things I build a box for and it is a whole job doing that!! 😅

I didn't even think about that, UPS definitely should be able to do that! & thank you!! ❤️
Do you ever get charged additional fees by the carrier for using noncorrugated packaging?

Is there a tutorial on the cross sign? That is beautiful 😍
I didn’t know you could just ship with craft paper. That makes me so nervous lol.
