I bought a share of ark innovation about 3 months ago in my roth ira and it's grown about 27 percent. I'll probably get more in the future now that I know it's a christian etf and it's been growing quite a bit in the past few years

Thanks Colin, let me know anything else you think I should cover. You should check out the book Cathy wrote with Tim Keller - Faith Driven Investor. Also on Guidestone, I'm not familiar with the fund. My guess is they may be shifting in that direction but still holding a few other items.

Hey Joe - so I’m not sure in the UK, I’m sure you could find some though, just run them through that checker
same situation here and its hard to find much. I also use trading 212 and could not find any of the ETFs on there but now selling most of my shares as after checking them on Inspire Insight. @@goodstewardswithj

Hi, what is Bible ETFs which are selling in Europe?
Catholics have a clear guideline for Investments . The US Catholic Bishop Confernece wrote the guideline "SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE INVESTMENT GUIDELINES FOR THE UNITED STATES CONFERENCE OF CATHOLIC BISHOPS".
There are some ETFs which follow this specific guideline.

Are you personally invested in these ETFs? If not, why? And if so, why?
Also, you promote these ETFs as biblically responsible and emphasise the importance of not investing in companies the Lord would be displeased with. But about a year ago you we're giving away apple stock?
I'm just a bit confused. Most of us use the products of these harmful companies on a regular basis aswell so I guess I wonder where that stops.
I'm trying to give you the benefits of the doubt bro, I really want you to be honest about this.

So I do invest in ETFs and pretty much only ETFs at this point, I have a few select stocks from several years ago that I haven’t sold because I won’t get any tax breaks so timing a few each year. The reason I focus on ETFs is because you get much more market exposure and a lot less downside. I don’t have time to keep analyzing stocks everyday and ETFs historically have a proven track record.
As far as the Apple stock giveaway, in full transparency I simply didn’t know about that side of investing, I didn’t catch on to Biblically responsible investing. The entire purpose of the channel is for us to grow together - this would be exhibit A. As of today I don’t own any AAPL and have been shifting my portfolio to a more BRI approach. Hope that answer everything brother - appreciate the support.
