Ok. The first one or two coins I was attributing the finds to luck because there is a lot of luck involved. Now I have lost how many you have found so hey the manticore has to be greatly adding to your success. I will have a manticore in a couple of days. Congrats

Lad there must be a large hoard there in some type of container the reason I am suggesting that is because of the quality of detail on the coin looks like they have been churned out from being concealed in a container probably that bit of Roman pottery was the jar they were kept in ..?

I think siliquas tend to be a bit thinner than that. That bronze roman was a thing of beauty too!! Your field really reminds me of my field of dreams, only on LSD or something!! Great day once more. The roman radiate coin is of allectus 293-6 and is called a quinarus. The reverse represents the roman fleet. I also found one in the Norwich area.

Thank you so much for watching 😊👍. I apologise for the confusion there, I was just doing that to show the settings. I usually have all of my settings saved and ready to go, so only have to noise cancel first. I actually do a noise cancel if I have changed the sensitivity while detecting too 😊👍
Top end detector. Re. video I myself am stuck with 720p. Phone memory is finite, stills are usually crisp enough. Can't believe people would turn it off without the sharpness?

Hi dan the silver roman is a denarius not a siquila, and the bust looks like concordia, great finds and what a machine.

I've seen tests with gold in the 1-3 range. May want to open your center line just a bit in that range to maybe help catch it.
