Jake Butt is a Michigan Man all the way. A great representative of the University of Michigan and what it stands for. Go Blue!

Why are we soo concerned with travel time? in 1904, how long do you think it took for the Michigan team to Travel to Camp Randall in Wisconsin? more than a 5 hour flight????

Washington is _good_ right now. Hell of a QB. But Oregon recruits up at a different level -- they've been ahead of everyone in the PAC for some time now, including USC. Since 2020, Oregon and Michigan are both averaging 10th-ranked classes, with Oregon's best class over that period being 3rd, and Michigan's 5th (according to rivals). So I wouldn't group UO and UW together too much; Oregon's is likely to be much more consistently competitive.

@@jon9955 - Did I not say Washington is _good_ right now?
Classes with 15+ 4* kids, ranks of 3rd, and 6th, and two 9th ranked classes, since 2020. Over time, it does indeed start to matter -- unless you would be unwilling to trade recruits with Georgia or tOSU or Alabama over the last 4 years?

All right, hot take.... the B1G should add Stanford, Notre Dame, and Miami and drop Rutgers. That way, we get all of the ND rivalry games. I want the "Catholics and Convicts" rivalry bad.

The Irish are happy with their NBC deal and revenue. It will take an act of God to change their minds.

B1G is not dropping Rutgers; they don't operate that way. They might add ND only if ND is desperate. A 10 game B1G conf schedule may force NDs hand.

@@romanmoronie oh I think there hand will be forced for sure. I just don't want to lose those two rival if ND comes north

I expect NBC to "herd" Notre Dame to the B1G. Probably within 4 years.

The circumstances that led up to this made it inevitable, the Apple TV deal the pac was gonna get was terrible. Larry Scott and the pac 12 are the main people to blame
