For my mom's 80th, we thought it would be funny to put the full 80 candles on the cake. We quickly got all 80 lit and then the combined heat melted all the candles faster than we could react. We had to remove the frosting layer to make the cake edible. Too bad we weren't recording.

Certain cake makers may use chopsticks to stabilise multi-layered cakes, that and a candle can actually be sharp and strong enough to puncture through an eye. Never push anyone's face into cake, period, food are not toy.
If that was my kid that flipped his cake over,I’d tell everyone to take their gifts back,he doesn’t get any now. I’d force him to clean it up at once and when he finished, to go to your room. Then I’d continue the party without him.
