To get your answer, use the percentages available on the ingredient list in this video! If you are making 1 ounce of air fresheners, you will calculate how much of each ingredient you will need based on these percentages. For example, for 1 ounce of air freshener liquid in total, you would use 71% or 0.71 ounces of water. Simply calculate the rest of the ingredients using these percentages and you will have your recipe! Thanks for your question :)

What kind of surfactant did you use?
We used polysorbate 80, which is a hydrophilic non ionic surfactant. Hope this helps!

Why not just use alcohol as the only dilutant (94%) instead of water? Wouldn't this eliminate the need for a surfactant, preservative, etc ?
