@@bethsabath For one it showed the thickness of the slices and the two ways of doing it and perhaps not everyone is aware that mandolines exist. I don't have one and this video convinced me to purchase one. It also helps provides the viewer with a realistic assessment of the effort involved with tihs recipe.
