I give you props bro, in the beginning when I first started watching your videos and you started popping up on my timeline for RUclips, I was a little skeptical thinking that you was a little arrogant and a know it all but you do know a lot more than I thought you did and you are very experienced in what you're doing and very professional. You not only have the first hands-on experience but you have the knowledge of how the business is supposed to run on the back end of things and you definitely understand numbers. I'm a little jealous because you're exactly what drive to be, I would like to do a franchise as well or something similar,I would like to start off with a Holding Company that has a few subsidiaries for operations & set up multiple locations and transition the company from an S-Corp after it starts growing big then to a C Corp I want to do exactly what you're doing, just in a different way. I got to say you're spitting some true knowledge & game, very inspiring!
i started my pressure washing company 5 months ago, started my crm and actually tracking most jobs 4 months ago, my gross income is roughly $10k a month. ive made my necessary upgrades to allow myself to be more efficient on jobs that way i have more time to find more work and more leads. next year i plan to achieve well over 6 figures of revenue, and once i bring on a few trustworthy employees i will spend most of my time closing jobs and doing estimates.
Always amazes me hearing your knowledge on everything business related. I follow all of your tips and stages of growth religiously and I hope to have multiple locations one day. Every business owner needs to watch this video.
I'm glad I actually watched this whole video this is the exact content that I've been looking for and I'm going to learn so much from consuming this content
Is it possible to skip the solopreneur stage and go straight to hiring a team? I have landscape experience from before, but now in a pretty lucrative corporate job. I’ve been really wanting to start up a business with the goal of walking away from corporate America in 5 years, but don’t have the time to be in the field. If I don’t need an income from the business right away, is it possible to start off by hiring a crew and managing the sales, marketing and operations around my corporate job?
I'm doing something similar. Going to buy just enough accounts that will cover a GM's salary. And then I'll focus on deploying modern marketing systems while keeping my corporate job.
I would love to go next year! I’ve been on the grind every day this year and I won’t be able to do the trip because I’ll be working. Hoping to have my business running good by itself next year.
This is how you will be able to have your business running good next year, Trust me i know its a big hit taking a few days off, but you can do it, don;t schedule any projects for that week, and if your a solo operator find yourself a weekend warrior that you can over pay even if its $25 an hour to just get your work done early so you can make it. I am taking the hit but i am doing this because next year i am in extream growth mode and this will help with that.
