Hey there, Bosnian here... I wouldn't really recommend Sarajevo in colder months cause of the air pollution. Sarajevo is one of the most polluted cities in the winter. I'm not sure how bad autumn gets. Luckily, there's a lot of nearby mountains where you can breathe some fresh air. I hope you'll have a great time nevertheless.

My daughter was recently in Belgrade. She liked it. Lives in Germany but is moving to a new job in China in a few months. From the pictures she sent Belgrade reminded me a bit of Prague
I am glad Bosnia is now at peace.... In 1990's when I was a teenager my father had to fly generals from US Army to the area when the area was still at war...so nice to see it is a peaceful place now ✌️, have fun there!

Best wishes! It never occured to me that working remotely allows you to live in different countries. I guess the physical location wouldn't matter. In the US, usually we don't mention on the internet the specific company we work for. Might be a US thing.

Very thrilled for the new situation, and especially your place to live this month. Bosnia was long ago a very Provincial Place, mostly for the Wealthy of Europe and America. It was a Hot Spot, much like Capri, or the French Riviera is now. Well cared for streets and lovely parks and Architecture fall to the eye round every corner. Glad you are very well & most happy.

Of course I turned her down and that same year - moved to Russia. Not only did I get TONNES of good quality gorgeous Russkayas 🇷🇺👱🏻♀️But I even became the champion of Russ girls & even married one. A beautiful one. Russia has been my playground, ever since.

Bosnia is actually quite alright place and it's absolutely not like what you described, however it is a disfunctional country because of the political stuff with 3 different sides hating on each other and sabotaging each other.

$1200 to $1500 is way too expensive for me in the USA & I make above average wage in my area. It might be affordable compared to large cities, but most Americans aren't paying that much.

Here in the US rents in many places have gotten ridiculously expensive -- in my smaller town in Wisconsin all they seem to be building are "luxury" apartments, renting for $1600-$2500 per month. My current apartment is nothing special -- but it's nearly $1000. Maybe I'll have to move to Bosnia . . .
I think only good about Baltic countries - been in many. I haven't been to Ukraine yet. Speaking about Hungry, I've been there. Was nice but it's not a place where I would like to return

I've known people who speak all their lives about going here and there but 10 years later they've never made the trip. When I say I want to go here or there it usually happens next summer. In Bosnia people speak Serbian, a few different dialects, but still Serbian.
