I realized the importance of being there for her and loving her unconditionally. I am hoping that if you don't have a support group you will continue to reach out to your RUclipsrs for advice and understanding on this real life disease of depression. I’m so glad you’re talking about this! This is one of the hardest things I ever went through! You’re absolutely right that people will either understand or want to avoid you. I felt so bad for my kids and only pray that I didn’t mentally or emotionally damage them.

Hi Danny, This went right to my heart! You are a special soul. This life we are experiencing can get very dark. Have you heard of Lithium Orotate? It may help you with depression. The way I get through these episodes is I tell myself that my family is counting on me.
