This video has been up for awhile and been getting ALOT of feed back about why did i put SOOOO MUCH PRODUCT in his hair?????? This is a simple answer: I do this because in a lot of contest photo shoots (and won which I will add) the product brand really wants the hair smooth out for it to be easy edit. when you apply over amount of product it turns out great in photos and shows of the brands product in which it does to the hair. Not for every day go about your day wear. I choose to show this for the Grease Lighting look, because I do love that time of the 40s, 50s, 60s. Elvis would even put black car grease to make his hair more greased and darker.
You can love it or hate, but hey it work for me and thought I would share my success with others!

My influence for this hair style was Grease (the movie) when they were in the shop working on the cars and he had put a lot of product in his hand. That's the look I was trying to achieve.

The half of the product wasted on that hair style, you could deal with it with the 30% of the product you used o.0... in fact after the stylisation you can note the white moisture in his hair.
SageRoldan Sorry for the very late response, you are very right! But this haircut was for a product shoot. I have won a contest with American Crew All Star Challenge. I made this video to show it's a good idea to use a lot of the product you are applying to the hair for a photo shoot. Grooming Cream is a very high shine that can create the greaser look. So when his hair is being shoot and looked at in a photo you will really be able to see that look. I would not suggest using this much product for every day. I decided to share this with others. Its like when you are in a play or movie they put on double the amount of make-up for better lighting, effects, hiding marks, ect. Well for a hair shoot you want the hair to be super smooth with no hairs out of place. Using a lot of hair product will do the same. Thank you for your feed back!

I know it's a lot! I wouldn't say this is every day use for sure. But this video is to show how much you do need to use if you are doing a photo shoot for a hair contest for product brand. It really helps in the shoot to have better effect and really show that brand their product. Thank you for your input :)

It is! It was a product contest. When you do photo shoots the hair always looks better on film with more product when it’s a pomade.

This is true! Its good to use this much when it's for a hair product contest. Its just like when people are in plays or movies that they apply double amount of make-up. But for a hair shoot you would just apply double the of product that you usually use if not more! *I just wanted to share this tip from when I have won best in the US for the American Crew All Star Challenge.
