Thanks for sharing. This is the 1st time I see potatoes added. And I like it that you are not afraid to wash your ingredients ! I wash but was told by many not to... it is so salty i can't eat the ikan bilis.
Thanks for ur sharing. From my opinion, It is better to wash ur ingredients, as to ensure the cleaness of the food. You can dry the ikan bilis first, and then refry it to Reduce the saltiness but still mantaining the cripiness of the ikan bilis.
Thanks for sharing, but I wonder will the peanuts and potato chips be soggy after 1 hr ? I made with another way, my 1+1 recipe, they still crispy after weeks but without potato chips, just like the one sold in Hatyai, Thailand.
Thank you for watching! I kept it in the container that is tightly seal, and it is still stay crispy for 1 or 2 days. My family love it, it gone just in 2 days.🤣🤣🤣

Peanuts can keep crisp, while potato chips are less retain …
