So guys, you DO NOT want to vent the air conditioner's exhaust into your studio / office space for heating because it contains harmful chemicals.

I am interested to know about the acquiring the space came about. The pros and cons with purchasing, negotiations and just overall process dealing with city building requirements. As creatives we love to create and sometimes having to go through all of the outside of that can be really a headache.. Loved the video by the way, very motivational.
