Honey Lemon Tea

Serving - 1
INGREDIENTS
Water - 660 milliliters
Tea leaves - 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons
Honey - 1 tablespoon
PREPARATION
1. Boil 660 milliliters water in a deep pan, add 1/2 teaspoon tea leaves and bring it to a boil.
2. Pour the mixture into the jug, add 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon honey and mix it well to combine.
3. Add 2 lemon slices and pour the mixture into the glass.
4. Serve.

Wow! Interesting recipe. Honey can bring so much difference in taste. I strongly feel it has to be pure for good taste and health. I have been using Trueney honey in my smoothies and health drinks. I was surprised to see 11 varieties, each one is unique.

I had a quarter sized deep wound that got really infected. (Coulda used a few stitches) Covered it in raw honey and it was clear in an hour. Also healed it about 3x faster than normal!!!

maybe a little late to reply, but yes you should let the tea cool to less than 40°C before adding honey
