HTML-код
- Опубликовано: 19 июн 2024
- After 4 years of work, Notre-Dame de Paris will open its doors to the public on December 8, 2024. 9 months before its opening, will we be able to meet the objectives?
To find out, we will discover the progress of the construction site chronologically over the months of December, January and February.
We will first see the interior, we will then continue with the walls, then the progress of the framework and finally we will finish with the arrow.

Wow! Notre Dame will open in December 2004? I missed it.
I hope I can see it open 20 years from now in 2024!
They lost me at 2004. Next !
Rebuild Notre Dame with a lot of love.
I was about to make pretty much the same comment!
Tous les intervenants ont été exceptionnels. Sans les perturbations liées au covid on peut penser que le chantier aurait pu être terminé pour les jeux olympiques. Thank you to all the foreign people who followed this project and showed their interest in France. You love France more than some French.
An excellent compilation of video and stills finally showing us how well the French have progressed in the restoration. IF ONLY this presentation had been given a human narrator!
This is what we do in France, and that we want to keep as the work of all these craftsman in all the type of construction is doing by tradition with the knowledge of our past in the construction of castles and churches.
Tradition is why people come in France to see the marvelous work of all these skilled professions And that we call often les compagnons du tour de France
Watching the fire was incredibly sad . Thankfully it’s being rebuilt to an incredible quality.
and very painful
I recall how shocked and saddened I was when the great NOTRE DAME de Paris succumbed to that horrific fire. Watching the progress here on her restoration, I am overjoyed. My intense gratitude and KUDOS to everyone involved in renewing the strength, grandeur and breathtaking beauty of this masterpiece! I hope to one day see her in person. God bless.
Viva le Notre-Dame from USA. Magnificent!
LES PROGRÈS SE DÉROULENT À BEAUCOUP MERVEILLEUX, CE SERA BIENTÔT UN TESTAMENT DE SAINTETÉ, QUE DIEU BÉNISSE AMEN.
Wow.. salute the people of France
I am so overjoyed, so happy this is coming along. Marvellous. Thank-you so much for everyone’s magnificent work. You are truly doing history in the making and so much to read about in many archives about the remaking of this very glorious church.
magnificent work from great craftsman throughout the world.
The Grande Orgue (Grand Organ in the rear gallery) has also been entirely restored and reinstalled.
One of the greatest achievements of creativity, craftsmanship, historic re-construction and restoration ever made…overwhelmed by complaints about the AI…(of course deserved.). But the work that has been achieved…
" Tant de choses à contempler, et si peu de yeux pour les voir " . En regardant ce beau montage, j' étais tellement absorbé par le travail, les images, que je n' ai pas eu le temps de juger , le texte , la diction. Je plaint un peu , beaucoup, tout ces gens, qui ne sont , seront , jamais contents de rien...
"Oh, great god AI, learn how to say 'leed' properly. And while you're at it, please include also 'th.' " 🙉
hello, you have most likely noticed, the narrator is an AI. I use it to translate my videos from French to English because it’s cheaper. Otherwise, it was me who wrote the text and who reread the entire video !
I respectfully suggest you have the program checked. The problem is not so much the flat voice, but the errors. ("Lead" was always pronounced like the verb, not the metal, and the ordinal numbers, like onest intead of first for 1st) The machine translation to English was all right, but the reading was off.
Horrible voice. Use your own!
Alright !!! You're just as bad 🙈
FebYouErry Twelveth!! Are you joking ? I'm British and would have narrated this for you free of charge . These bloody awful Yank voices with their numerous inaccuracies are a turn off. You'll have to do better.
Thank you for the information. I had been wondering.
AI narration? "December one-ist" in lieu of "first"
And "lead is very malleable", with lead pronounced leed.
@@michelcamino6290 That was mispronounced 3 times.
Time travel back in time. Exciting!!
So great to see the progress. I just wish the AI narrator would learn how to pronounce the metal that covers the spire.
It will be finished even before it was started?
We live in exciting times, my friend. Exciting times!
It will be open but not completed
So it was AI that gave us “twelveth”…? 😆
Praise God for the hours of work to bring the old girl back to life. She will as beautiful as she was before the horrific fire. God bless those who have worked so hard. I detest AI voices having no brain they cannot pronounce properly. I love humans.
2004? wow I need my Delorean Time Machine 😂
Bravo, tres bon👍
The new spire belongs in Las Vegas.
What happened to the bell from the middle tower? Did it survive the fall or did it melt due to the heat?
I think he meant to say 2024
This is a superbly done video! Bravo!
I thought the aim was to re-open Notre Dame before the 2024 Olympic Games. Has this target been missed?
Open but not... "OPEN" to the crowds for full touring. my understanding.
This was nicely in depth. I don't mind the AI narration, I appreciate the effort you put into making/sharing this.
Loved the mistakes in your video. Makes it so funny. Notre Dame will open in December 2004 ROFL
Why not do the roof in copper, instead of lead?
Original materials.
Complaint: A.I. narration needs improving. The metal lead was pronounced "leed" as an example. Otherwise, the narrative and update was excellent.
Did they replace the confessional booths? If not, I don't honestly care.
Someone couldn't have proofed this before it was posted? Notre Dame deserves more than that. Lead (the metal) is pronounced "led" not "leed" and the twelfth repeatedly pronounced "twelf-eth?" Such an important update to an English speaking audience needs and deserves detailed supervision, this makes it look and sound like something that was just sloppily thrown together to get it out first before anyone else. Thumbs down.
December Onest?
“Lead” coffins? Why not lead (the metal)? Disgusting AI voice with no sense of what is being stated. Drives me nuts!
Did he say 2004 or 2024
Lead pronounced as leed.
A wonderfully informative presentation - but the "narrator's" mispronunciations are irritating. Certainly "intelligent" - but very artificial. The producer should have done better...
2004 ??
Tel younai narrator it is pronounced led not leed (lead)
Robot vicky will do a better job!.
About the AI narration. I am very deaf, so having BOTH the captions AND the narration is extremely helpful. I don't care if there are glitches in the AI narration: they are very obvious and easily corrected in my head as I read. What is most important to me is that, using both, I can completely follow. Would it be an improvement to have better AI narration? Yes, of course, but being very deaf makes my ability to understand far more important than any technical imperfections.
Dreadfull synthetic "narration" full of BS phonetics (*lead* coffin dies not rhyme with *leed* but "dead"), terrible diction and wooden pace!!!!! If this is AI, the future REAL narrators is not at risk. Awful!!!
Goofy computer generated voice - but informative.
WTH - OneEST - 12eth
This AI narration sucks big time!
No such word onest.
Horrible AI voice - use your own!
We hear the interior has been changed what a disaster if true.
Don't care if it's cheaper to use AI, hire a human. Sorry, you will get no like 👍 from me.
When confronted with the inhuman boring and scary A.I. narrative with its robotic voice and bad grammar, I simply turn the sound off and watch. This A.I. crap is unacceptable. What's worse is that most people don't realize it's not a human voice!
Agreed! Your content is great but gaffs like “leed coffins” and “pee-eht -uh” and “January twelve -eth” are so cringe worthy I nearly turned the whole video off. God help our education system if this is a real person.
These AI narrations get on your nerves with all their mispronounciations, such a leed for lead.
Get a human being to do the narration, the mispronunciation of the dialogue is atrocious!
Yea. Gonna be completed in 2004. AI needs to go away. This story deserves more than this. Clickbait!!!
Millions spent on a building instead of on God’s children in need. Christianity gone wrong.
How sad that they could not get someone who speak English to narate this - utterly ruins the video ' the metal is "led" not "leed" - rather stupid on the producers side I would think
The AI narration is HORRIBLE! If you are not going to use a human for narration then at least proof ‘listen’ to it so that obvious errors can be corrected. The English language is rife with words such as lead (a metal) and lead (to direct).
Bad video
Stop it with the bad AI speech. It’s terrible.
lead coffins /leh: d/ not /li: d/
Robot voiceth, eh? Tsk tsk,...
