I have the Multi CD 10" book Box Set and all the tracks as a download. I am today listening to my c60 recording of my original album but I changed some of the album tracks for remixes from various 12 inch singles of the time. Undoubtedly one of the best debut albums of all time!
The greatest a-ha song not to be recorded/included is Morten Harkets “lay me down tonight “ the first song he ever wrote for a-ha 1983/84 but presumably rejected and never recorded recorded by a-ha until Morten recorded for his debut album wild seed or is there an A-ha demo out there somewhere?
When you see the BMG logo on a physical product...fear the worst. First signs are cheap poor quality plain white inner sleeves, for a boxset over £100+ , but the truth will be in the cut of the actual vinyl. Will it have the care and attention Rhino/Warners would normally give it, or has it been cut by a nomad machine. Wait for reviews on this one
I got the CD Box Set version of this, 4 CD's and DVD, "That" song sucks but the rest are good their second album was good also but they turned to sh#t real fast after that. I got a free version of the reissued Clear vinyl of this for buying a ticket to their concert which was nice.

Always loved the album cover
Thank you very much for the detailed review. Another great job!
One of the best albumcovers of the eighties! Great album, yes; I have this limited vinyl box too :)

would have been interesting to hear your comparison of this reissue vs OG pressing
Still available on Discogs [Sold in UK], What Records and Amazon. You're welcome.
I see they have also scrimped on quality with one of the covers not being glued down fully.
