I thank God every day I am still alive. I have had 2 surgeries and need one more, but if I was in my car that I traded in less than a year before that I would have been dead. Every day is a blessing... never take it for granted.
Glad everyone is ok, in all 3 incidents!! Been running a dash cam for about 5 years now. Just that little extra insurance/assurance being I drive about 50-60k a year

I spent 2 years restoring a 04 Rumble Bee, every one would look at it I felt like a celebrity in a beautiful truck, three months later a nodding heroine addict hit me going 60 plus as I was stopped at a light and destroyed the truck, now I’m driving a black Chevy like millions in or state instead of one of 4 thousand built.
I’m so glad you all are OK omg what a sad deal but at the end of the day yo all walked away from the situation hopefully we all get to see 8ball again but if not would definitely be a smart decision to buy it back because the engine and transmission alone are definitely worth saving and putting into another truck and making an 8 ball number 2💯

These trucks hold their value pretty well my 04 got rear ended and I got 17 for it. Also some companies offer policy’s to cover aftermarket parts if you have receipts. Or they give you the chance to replace the aftermarket parts with the original part.

I'm 61 years old, and was just involved in my 1st auto accident. a 150 hit us from behind stopped at a red light. I was so PROUD of my Ford edge car. I was on my way to my sisters funeral, I was just sick.... JSUT SICK.. the at fault driver has USAA insurance, they have been very fair and good about taking care of everything. " it pushed us into the car in front if us" the kicker is the one in front lied to the police, and insurance company.... Thanks god for Dash cams..... People Theses dash cams are Cheap, go GET ONE if ya dont have one.......their easy to install..... Glad no one was hurt to badly in my accident and yours. may God Bless Everyone.
This was 100 % preventable. Both drivers weren't paying attention, Dave was all excited about the truck. Wasn't looking forward far enough. The Ford driver should have waited. But its called an accident for a reason. Glad everyone walked away.

Best thing thst could’ve happened to this young lady. Hopefully its totalled and with all the build receipts she can get paid what it cost to build. this is a bit of a read but worth it I promise. back in the day, me and my dad were going on a beer run for a bbq we were having that night and on our county road where we live has a couple of somewhat blind corners, a lady with her 2yo in the back was texting and driving and looked like she was driving around 30mph as she approached the corner with the afternoon sun directly at her, my dad was driving and was only doing about 20mph and was able to react fast enough and get the car to a stop towards the ditch on our side of the road. she didn't look up at all until we hit perfectly head on. I have that weird ability to see shit in slow-mo when crazy shit happens, I was able to take my seat belt off cause I figured I didn't need it since she was hitting us while we were stopped, not hard to brace for an expected hit and basic physics tells you if your both moving at each other or one of you is going pretty fast, then you're definitely gonna need the belt, I just didn't want belt burn or something for no reason, I then braced for the hit using my legs while also not keeping them locked, put my hands over my face and forearms over my chest waiting for the airbag that never came. moral of the story, don't ever own a 2000 mazda protege and get hit head on or you know.... text and drive, her cavalier was fine with just the license plate mount being broke and some traded paint, our motor was pushed into our firewall, the hood and quarter panels were bent in half upwards because of how far her car pushed into ours.

Thought it was totaled for sure, frame was completely straight. Ripped the whole front body off the other vehicle. Those dodge frames are no joke, just wish the body rot part was the same lol. Would love to see this thing back in one piece!
