Hey, thanks for swinging in. The rattling bag is a fantastic caller in game - hopefully it's a little more useful now!

This was a good little refresher thanks for putting the info out there! I hadn't given much thought to which fitness level may or may not pull an age group and certainly assumed the caller would be consistent age groups.. if that made sense. Anyway I am curious has there been any science done to what high-fits do come in. Like if you call High-fit on two Mature 3 stars and one responds before the other. Is that random or is there a way to determine which of the two is higher fit from response order?
Oh lastly is there a little cheat-sheet where all the callers response age groups are listed like you did with the rattle bags in this vid? That would certainly be handy info until I've memorized it :p

Hey Perry - first off thanks! -- Which high fits -- To be honest, I didn't see anything that was 100% consistent as for which order they came in. Usually, it does seem the 5*'s will come first if there is one, but even that sometimes takes a second call. In the Ki-Yi video (which should be live on Tuesday 9/10) I pulled several high fit lions, and I think even there it was mixing mature, adult, then mature again, then young. So I'm just not sure what the "order" is, if there is a pattern. I won't say there isn't a patter, but I haven't picked up on it if there is. And maybe I just overlooked it lol.
As for a cheat sheet - yeah there is: docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1aXc00VYKKzS8_MFX7bhOX8i9Aq8HzKE6Zf-I_owX1_w/edit?usp=sharing
If you go to that shared sheet, and scroll to the far left tab, there is one labeled "Caller Info". It gets into all the details on the caller. I also did a more formal write up here: docs.google.com/document/d/1BCFb0iQ0Hd_KWG5ZQQlMzNBNWP39Uc7bZ2jWxxTs0hE/edit?usp=sharing
Which I thik is also shared in "Toothless’s Collection of Truths, Half-Truths & Ramblings" I believe. It has a ton of info in it here: drive.google.com/file/d/1bJw1dJERwsqbocKdS3CSFB7eM35fKM9D/view?usp=sharing
      I think that covers everything!

@@_LiquidFire Wow what a great reply man! I wasn't expecting a fraction the effort you took, very much appreciated bud!! Saving those for sure!!!
Honestly, as convenient as it would be to have highest fitness come to the call first, the most realistic experience would have the responses in escalating order of fitness and the top fitness of the herd come in last. IRL so many times the littler guys are much more responsive and the great big ole boys are ALWAYS last to come in (in my eperience and in the experience of many other hunters I know, and im sure you've noticed the same if you hunt). In thinking of it I do hope if its not a thing that they would have highest fitness come last, would make the biggest that much harder to hunt and more rewarding and feel most realistic. But the temptation to just use the call to bring in biggest would be so tempting for when you don't have much personal time to play... :p

@@perrys5954 Well, I have a habit of rambling lol. Plus you get me talking about interesting things and who knows how long I'll go on lol. As for the callers, yeah, no matter how you spin it - in game callers are 1000 times more effective than IRL. But that's ok, I think - gotta gamify some things for the sake of fun I guess.

    Thx for the info!
Im kind of a new player, so let me ask how far do callers work from, like 100m 200m 300m?
Another random question if anyone can answer it, how far do animals hear gunshots from? Im finding that from a stand i can keep shooting as long as its +300m but its on a lower dificulty does that vary?

How could I omit talking about the range?! I don't think I've mentioned it once. It is 250m. Thanks for the question, I'll have to mention that going forward.

@_LiquidFire thanks for the reply and dont worry sometimes we forget to teach the obvious things because we assume prior knowledge. Good luck with the channel.
