That's precisely why I'm making these now! I hope that the next generation of players will have enough content like this so the skill ceiling is much higher 10 years down the line. You existing already puts that ceiling really high but I can still try 💀
I feel like nobody knows this show and it has been my favorite show and inspiration to perform at this level since I found it years ago. Happy that someone else thinks this show is good lol
Yeah that's the downside of using snare cams. You could argue I'm cutting corners by doing that, but it's easier to edit in the longrun because I don't have to search for each movement of the show in lot videos (which also means the sound quality would be different in each video too)
@@_ve0 Some of the time signatures at the end are wrong. For example, during the closed, the time signature says 5/4 where it should be 5/8. There are other things I could say but can’t at this point in time
@@dci_fan0345 well, as i said, readability. i think the cross-stick section makes far more sense in 4/4/3 than 2/2/2/5. the think the section immediately afterward is clearly set in 11/8, so i wrote it to reflect that rather than 2/2/2/5 or whatever pattern the DM was giving, etc. etc. As my edit was going to be used for nothing other than this video (it's not replacing anything in the drive), I didn't go for 100% pedantic "correctness," and I instead went for reading clarity
I feel like surely the transcription I uploaded to the snarescience google drive archives after referencing Kyle’s input must have been used in part to make this The description on Kyle’s solo shot in the closer is too close of a coincidence to not be I recommend crediting original composers and other transcribers as well in your sheet music going forward Otherwise it makes whoever is doing this look kinda fake js
Are you not listed in the description? The sheets were simply updated from what was available in the google drive. I pulled the ONLY names on those specific documents, which I might add, were pulled from snarescience. If THEY didnt credit you, go get mad at them instead of being rude in my comment section over a video I made to help the community in an educational way. If you'd like me to add your name, message me privately
This show was better than Ink IMO, but not as good as Inferno. Go ahead and roast me, BD fans. I really don’t care. I said what I said and I’m sticking to it.
16 year old me is extremely jealous that this won't exist for another 7 years

19 year me is yelling at the screen both happy and mad
Best dci show ever made and it'll be like that for a long time

Completely agree.
the best part of this show is the insane musicality that these musicians have, its unmatched
LETS GOOOOOOOOOOOOO
One of the most underrated shows/drumlines
7:39 using this for practice
Absolutely amazing just wish you could hear dynamics better in videos

@@TheBANDit_67also, the best way to learn how to stay in the sound is to play along to the first person videos
Let’s Gooooooooo
Yay
is there any way the sheets can be made to print vertically as opposed to sideways? great work by the way dude!
The updated sheets were made specifically for the video, but yeah I'll have Joel make a normal version
@@TheBANDit_67 thank you!
added 👍
There are a few mistakes in here but apart from that, great work!
Where at, specifically? It’s not too late for the sheets to be adjusted

ah, those. Intentionally-made choices for the sake of readability
@@_ve0 how come?
