Thanks for the tips, my brush showed the same rounded wear two years after purchasing the new vacuum cleaner. I changed the brush as suggested but the pin on it becomes dull after less than a month so I have to replace it every month. Why do new brushes round out so quickly? 😅Anyway thanks for all tips.

If new brush also can't turn that means main brush motor assembly jammed or gear spoil or motor burn
