Just picked this up today at a toy store. Box isn’t as good condition as yours but it’s unboxed and am really pleased with it.
They are awesome... I have both of those items in my collection.. That was a great pickup ... I'm sure you will enjoy them as much as I do.

I bought both of these the day they were released. I chose to open mine but still they r in mint condition. The bob sheet rubber on mine has darkened on the inside of the sheet other then that it is all good. The original price for the boxed set was $40.00
Damn man.... Wish I kept my ghost sheet figure in the box. I had these all back in the day and now the value is outstanding.
So far I have the night he came home set 1 in box and 1 open and displayed, 1 ghost sheet bob in package and 1 open and displayed, and 1 evolution of evil set but only a packaged one. I've been looking for another evolution of evil set that I can open and display I just havent had the luck yet. They're all amazing sets!

Wow that’s crazy, I collected from 1999 to about 2011. I have all that NECa stuff from back then in Rubbermaid containers stored at my in-laws. They would come in the mail and go straight to the containers. They haven’t seen the light of day since they were new.
Then you've got quite the awesome...and expensive collection in those containers!
I just picked up “The Night He Came Home” set and “The Evolution of Evil” 2-pack. I want the ghost sheet Myers also but I haven’t been able to find one yet.
I've had an eye out for "The Evolution of Evil" 2-pack for a while too.
